I have both and I can say the opening is totally different but... the dry down is so spot on and so potent you wont need more than 2 sprays. Maybe harsh for someone who doesn't like oud but its so light I find it wonderful The bottle is so gorgeous and looks more expensive than initio. I bought amethyst for €23... a fraction of atomic rose. Blind buy it you wont regret

Just got mine today and have to say, this fragrance just envelopes me. Through out the day, i kept getting the smell. Didn't get noseblinded to this at all. Quite surprised how long it lasted. Amazing smell
i bought one this week ..and i put it on the next day ..i didnt like it initially...and i wanted to change it for different perfume...but i have my shirt washed on the same day i put this Amethyst on...i realised the smell was still in it after the clothe was washed and i was impressed and i m keeping it...im new to Rose so this will be my first one ...

The sample of Atomic Rose confirmed, yes Amethyst to my nose was awful, Atomic Rose was leaps and bounds better, they are not even close. I agree with you on the smell, also in performance. Its a beast! Longevity, sillage, projection...all beastly. Also I got a ton negative comments, even got some nose pinches. Just all round BAD

Because of the oud it leans more masculine, a bit similar on my skin with Montale-Arabians Tonka, but less sweeter and more leathery. I also smelled Atomic Rose once and I liked it more of course, I want to try a side by side comparison, especially in the dry down of Amethist, when the oud is less potent.

Amethist has the oud note the entire time and is more oriental, I like both of them but Initio is more unique, I also think because of the beautiful dry down AR is sexier and stronger (especially because of the deep rose on my skin) than Delina Exclusif.

Now you can find it easily for $20-$25
Amethyst doesn’t last on my skin for a lot of hours, it doesn’t smell synthetic to me either, maybe I have diluted version of it. If I overspray it smells a bit like a robber for me, but it fades. I haven’t smelled the Atomic Rose. But I have the Al Hambra something with the name of Rose that’s supposed to be a dupe of atomic rose as well, it’s completely different from Amethyst, so I haven’t even thought that it’s a dupe for atomic rose.

Hmm. This is interesting. I had the chance to smell a lot of arabic perfumes in the past months, due to one of my colleagues, who loves these kind of scents. She even gifted to me a copy atfer oud ispahan by dior. Not bad. Really not bad. But the others that i tried really discourraged me to buy arabic perfumes. There is something that smells to me like body odour. In most of the arabic perfumes. Though, i would like to try more, maybe some of them really worth buying. I would try this one-Badee al oud Amethist☺️ But i would buy the original one🤗 Maybe as a Christmas gift🤔. Very nice video. I wonder if this lattafa house has a copy for initio-musk therapy. No, not really. If you like a dose of oud in your scents, this should not be too much. If you hate oudy smells, it's a different story and you would probably dislike it.

Bacarat 45 with twists.. if you buy armaf untold dont buy amethyst.. if you buy atomic rose dont buy the others vise versa.. this is what reviewer's should be telling us.. why would i want a collection if 5 fragrances smell similiar.. these sweet ones are too similiar as the fruity ones are.. oudh is a good component that you can pick apart but the rest of the components are just boring.. coolwater creed bleu de chanel ysl all the same with a touch of twists if its slice or oriental but overall same old boring smells.. go drain a rock you mite be original atleast

Not even close. Jasmine Wisp is fruity fragrance with some vanilla and musk at the base, while Amethyst woody, leathery with some fruits and rose.
