- Rishikesh is now my second home and I have explored almost all the offbeat and hidden locations there. Every now and then I get this query from my friends that what could be the top 4-5 places that I can recommend them which are the best things to do in Rishikesh. Here I have made a video in which I have suggested 5 best things that you can do at Rishikesh. I have also covered some hidden locations and one secret location.
All these places are not very commercial and I believe you will like them.

I visited Rishikesh around 15 times
It's always a new & great experience.
The waterfall, food, travelling experience, rafting, maa Ganga river flowing water sound at night etc all are amazing.

Not sure about it. You can try around the Shivpuri area where usually other tents are.
Generally these beaches are found during winter season because water level is low in Gangaji.
You can find some in the summer as well.

It shouldn't be. But keep a check, Ganga Ji's level increases a lot in Monsoon.

Hello brother, we r going on 14 march. Will stay 3 days in rishikesh. First day in VNA resort. Plz suggest what's we can cover in others two days. And where we should stay.
Brother there are a lot of things. You can visit ghats near ram jhula, explore local market, have food at chotiwala, explore cafe near Lakshman Jhula. Also you can visit neergargh waterfall, beach and neelkanth temple. If you have time then you can do rafting too.

Moreover. We r staying in vna resort in malakunti. Ur discussing bridge is here or not. Becoz one bridge is also there.
You can checkout Joey's hostel if you are going with friends. For family Hotel Kunwar Residency is a good option. I am not sure about VNA resort. Never been there. 😃

Hey. I hope you liked the content. So yes, its near Kaudiyala. To give you an exact idea, if you are on Rishikesh-Badrinath road(which goes to Devprayag) the bridge will come to your right. This is approx 30-35 Kms from Tapovan at Rishikesh. While traveling on that road, it'll be easily visible. 😃
Put location of basisth cave ashram , it's just beneath it. There is a gate called Rana valley through which you need to enter. This beach is like a must visit.

Hi bro, You can checkout on booking.com there are many good budget hotels and hostels there. Personal suggestion would be to take a hotel/hostel around lakshman jhula.
If u want to stay only for 2/3 days than u can easily stay in Gurudwara near Janki Pool...The new one,,,Other Dharamshalas are also available near Triveni ghat....And if u interested in hotels than U can get lots of options in OYO ....

Nice video. The bridge you have shown at the end of video, is it near Shivpuri. Does it come on the main route from Rishikesh to Devprayag or should we divert a bit. Please share the exact location. It looks awesome.
Hi, the bridge is on the way to Devprayag on the Rishikesh Badrinath road only. You don't have to divert. Sharing exact location is difficult because there is no landmark around it. When traveling to Devprayag, you'll see it there to your right.

Bro I just came back from there. Do book you hotel in advance. This time I stayed at Joey's hostel and it was hell amazing.
To explore you can visit neergargh waterfall, beach, and local market around lakshman jhula. You can also attend Aarti at Triveni ghat. If you have time then visit beatles ashram as well. For more details connect with me on instagram @akarshansapra

Weather ok ok hoga. Evening me thoda thand rhega. Also you can cover market around ram jhula, lakshman jhula, can visit ghats, there is a good place next to ram jhula which is kind of beach. Then you can also enjoy food from cafe there. Don't go to that hidden beach or waterfall because it will take some time.

Best Time To Visit Rishikesh?
You can visit this place all around the year. If you are planning to do rafting, I'll suggest October-November and Feb-March. Otherwise its too hot or too cold.

Not sure about it brother. You can try and do it at that hidden beach, but I am not sure about the guidelines and rules.
