We can hold so much and draw lines to so many things in our awareness but what's also valuable especially in our information age is to balance that with the simplicity of sheer presence so we can channel the energy we've cultivated in our exploration. I kind of see this as a precise balance between the masculine and feminine and how we penetrate our vitality and vastness into containers of pure experience.
I am so grateful for you! I judge my ADHD, unorganized clutter and feel less of a woman/wife/mother because my household isn't perfectly organized and I can't cook. Such domestic attributes that I feel such loathsomeness within myself that I can't be/do/keep a good home for my family. I'm a Capricorn. Meanwhile I run a small business with 55 employees and just started another separate company to fulfill a childhood dream and I'm so in the zone with this endeavor, but what keeps me up at night? I have been struggling with so much desire around so many things I am creating or I am longing to create that I often don’t do any of it for want of a focus. The diffuse feminine needing a loving container resonates with me. I’ve been telling myself I need to design a curriculum for this period until the equinox. The infusion of Capricorn energy makes this make sense. I need to create a map so I can focus and create while resting the part of me trying to hold all these potentials aloft because I can trust they are held in my container. WOW, I listened to this on the night of the new moon and boy did it unearth some dark goddess shadow out of my body. I’ve been releasing so many layers of construction out of my lower back, hips, uterus since doing the Body Activation that it feels unreal. I’m also believing I will cease having back pain! What a concept!! I spent 3.5 hours releasing tonight!! At times crying, often just feeling deep constriction peeling off my spine, ovaries, mostly all female organs and back. Such a bizarre feeling - has anyone else experienced this?? I have to continue to move my hips, sometimes circular, sometimes front to back and breathe and that releases tension. Sometimes I felt like I was hitting knots and releasing gas that made me feel nauseous on my body. Was is going on?? My mind is trying to figure this out but I was also determined to do as much as I could. I trust the process. I would LOVE to know if other people are experiencing this and what’s it’s like for them?? Thank you!

Before watching this video I was curled up in bed with my brain in a million and one places. I was crippled with overwhelm and anxiety - next thing you know I found myself in this space. For one thank you for sharing your wisdom and insights always ✨💗 Secondly, a few things fell true to myself when listening to the themes. Conscious Creator - this is coming up so heavily as I am teetering the lines of staying with my current job or jumping head first into schooling again. Here is where masculine and feminine powers also come into play - intuition is telling me I’m not fulfilled. Mental is telling me I’m perfect where I am. Aghhh! Mental is also screaming “you cant do this. How will you do it? It’s too hard. Too late in life” you name it. BUT we can either be a victim of fate or Master of Destiny. I have the power to create my reality. I am feeling a lot of fear around sexual energies. It’s grabbing my attention so I feel it’s something to really focus on. This year was beginning to break my walls down of my sexual trauma, im still on that journey && still finding a huge blockage in this department. Feeling into that trauma. More fear came up for that concept of belief systems breaking down. I feel the power and energy behind even just saying those words. Despite fear here, I feel into the fact that it’s much needed. Interesting you mentioned November 3 for a date especially with what was occurring that time of year. Despite fears, overwhelm, anxiety…I now know a container is needed to sharpen my focus and to focus on one thing at a time.

Regarding the ADHD reference: I believe I fall into the category of people whose minds mimic ADHD patterns and this is what often seems to make discipline feel impossible, even with things I’m passionate about, like spiritual practice and physical fitness. Thank you! This really brought some clarity to what I am experiencing. I have been struggling with so much desire around so many things I am creating or I am longing to create that I often don’t do any of it for want of a focus. The diffuse feminine needing a loving container resonates with me. I’ve been telling myself I need to design a curriculum for this period until the equinox. The infusion of Capricorn energy makes this make sense. I need to create a map so I can focus and create while resting the part of me trying to hold all these potentials aloft because I can trust they are held in my container. So good!!! ❤❤❤

WOW, I listened to this on the night of the new moon and boy did it unearth some dark goddess shadow out of my body. I’ve been releasing so many layers of construction out of my lower back, hips, uterus since doing the Body Activation that it feels unreal. I’m also believing I will cease having back pain! What a concept!!
I spent 3.5 hours releasing tonight!! At times crying, often just feeling deep constriction peeling off my spine, ovaries, mostly all female organs and back. Such a bizarre feeling - has anyone else experienced this??
I have to continue to move my hips, sometimes circular, sometimes front to back and breathe and that releases tension. Sometimes I felt like I was hitting knots and releasing gas that made me feel nauseous on my body. Was is going on?? My mind is trying to figure this out but I was also determined to do as much as I could. I trust the process.

Before watching this video I was curled up in bed with my brain in a million and one places. I was crippled with overwhelm and anxiety - next thing you know I found myself in this space.
For one thank you for sharing your wisdom and insights always ✨💗
Secondly, a few things fell true to myself when listening to the themes. Conscious Creator - this is coming up so heavily as I am teetering the lines of staying with my current job or jumping head first into schooling again. Here is where masculine and feminine powers also come into play - intuition is telling me I’m not fulfilled. Mental is telling me I’m perfect where I am. Aghhh! Mental is also screaming “you cant do this. How will you do it? It’s too hard. Too late in life” you name it. BUT we can either be a victim of fate or Master of Destiny. I have the power to create my reality.
I am feeling a lot of fear around sexual energies. It’s grabbing my attention so I feel it’s something to really focus on. This year was beginning to break my walls down of my sexual trauma, im still on that journey && still finding a huge blockage in this department. Feeling into that trauma.
More fear came up for that concept of belief systems breaking down. I feel the power and energy behind even just saying those words. Despite fear here, I feel into the fact that it’s much needed. Interesting you mentioned November 3 for a date especially with what was occurring that time of year.
Despite fears, overwhelm, anxiety…I now know a container is needed to sharpen my focus and to focus on one thing at a time.
