This house has a lot of my plus’s, stairwells not at the entrance, guest bathroom near the front. I’d much rather have a nice guest bedroom on the main floor a owner on the second but it’s not like I can afford it anyway 😂
Beautiful home but that step out to the pool is dangerous. Its too high for me with a disability and small children but its beautiful. I love that the owners suite is on the main, cant maneuver up and down stairs like I could before surgery.
Miranda, while I did not get a chance to speak with the builder, I am almost certain that he will be adding steps out to the back, as it would indeed be dangerous to leave as is.
why is the step down from the doors that lead to the pool so high?
I am almost certain the builder will be adding steps out to the backyard. Some builders are still experiencing delay in receiving building material and finishes for new construction.
2022 is almost over so I guess there will be some new homes in 2023.

@@ambertheoriginal5100 7 or 8 lol. I want mine away from me now... They're 8 and 13 and can definitely be upstairs in their own space. Everything is downstairs so they'll still be downstairs majority of the time. But have their own retreat as well
