What in the world tells you that any Square Enix character is coming back when they have proven time and time again they're extremely stingy with their characters? Yes, this includes Sora because Nomura admitted to stifling his addition because muh lore

I actually think Robin still has a good chance of returning if there's a Smash 6:
- still appears or referenced in other Fire Emblem games
- still notably popular, at least definitely outside of Smash
- is coined as the best Avatar character by most of the Fire Emblem community
- Awakening is the most important game in the franchise
- reputation of being one of, if not, the strongest character in the franchise
- both Robins score high in official Fire Emblem popularity contests, even both versions of the character winning back to back like the annual Choose Your Legends poll
I think all they have to do is change/fix their moveset and maybe take that sword and book out of their hands all day. They look kinda stupid fighting with it like that
At the very least for the FE group, I'd say cut Roy and Chrom, and add Alear (and include Roy as one of the Emblems they can rotate between).
(Oh, and give Soaring Slash and Awakening Aether to Lucina.)

I'm pretty sure there will be a smash 6. I thought Sakurai himself would be helping with it, coming a little out of retirement for it (because he's made every single smash bros to date, and they want his help)

Yeah flame those Sora mains. I never met a Sora in tourney mode who could do fast fall Nair 1 into Up Smash. Such an easy confirm too, but instead they answer with any of the B moves.
Also you G&W mains need to stop Down Airing the opponent every time and use it to get back to stage. You'll lose a lot less. Don't be fishing bait.
Also as an Earthbound fan, they better let ma boi Ness into the next game.

I main Cloud, Sora, and Pikachu (maybe falco), but Sephiroth's more broken than given credit for, just play defencive vs, offensive so all your moves are fully preped by the time someone dares get close, the damage output is unreal
