Omg. I realized it just now. Music from the anime "Ichigo Mashimaro". I recently started watching it and heard this tune in episode 9. Due to the fact that I often watched this video, I immediately remembered this melody.
It's funny, because at the beginning I thought that this music was from Yuyushiki, but I just forgot it.
