Last experience is store personnel in an IT Store but know some works of an computer technician. Like computer assembly, troubleshooting. Os installation, software installion and troobleshooting. For now gusto kong makapasok sa IT company, dapat ba iconsider ko pa rin ang sarili ko as a fresh grad kasi wala pa akong experience sa isang IT company?

This will be something na you need to learn by yourself. Ako honestly i can build and upgrade computers but i'm not well versed sa electronics part nya. You can ask other computer technicians if you can do OJT or help out sa business nila to get the necessary experience. 😀👍

Abroad sir , pero noong nag aral ako, ng ip cctv at fiber optics doon nako mag ka interes sa structured cabling , switching routers, Poe switch, kaso hindi lng talaga ako hanas sa configuration . Nalilito ako kung ano ba talaga ang gusto kung maging , mula sa pagiging five years expe. Electrician.. Pero lahat nman ito more on installation lng. Or field technician, ... Any advice po kung ituloy ko po ba.. Or mag focus nlng sa isa trabaho.
Try going the Information technology route kasi nasanay ka na sa hardware. Pero you can still go to the vomputer science route din. It's not too late naman to shift yung courses pag di mo sya nagustuhan

Medyo bias pa rin kasi sa pinas, they usually prefer 4 year courses but yung NCII mo is a good place to start. Try going for IT Certification courses you can take online para ma upskill mo yung skillsets mo ngayon.

I already watched your video about a desktop support engineer that is why I'm wondering how they are different from each other. Fresh graduate and passionate about hardware any advice where should I be more focused on?
Desktop support is a step higher than a desktop technician. Technicians concentrate on the physical aspects of the desktop. (ie. computer repair, HDD replacement, site dispatch to troubleshoot server hardware, etc) Desktop support on the other hand is may kasama na customer support aspect kasi you are expected to troubleshoot anything desktop related (apps, hardware, printers, etc)
Start with the skill of building your own PC. You can watch the videos on TH-cam on how to build one tapos you can try to build your own. this will give you a good foundation sa skills ng pagiging isang IT.

Yes kasi may countries na need i verify your natapos mo. But majority of companies here and abroad will only look at your school if you are applying on your very first job. Your next consecutive companies and jobs will always look at your experience.
