Thank you and for your advice and feedback! Always honored dan for a regular beatboxer like me! Just want to put some information hear, so 1. In the first round. I was not very good at doing the beat. Because. I had cramps in my stomach. Maybe some of you can see at 05:40. There my stomach started to cramp and it really disturbed my breathing. because in the first round I tried too hard with the original sound effect that I made. at 11:40 I almost wanted to stop my performance. But I tried to be professional in running the fight and finally I used build up there so I could take a breath and pause more. Why did this happen? Because I have a temperature difference in Europe. The normal temperature in Indonesia can reach 36 degrees. in Germany the normal temperature can reach 14 degrees. I know it's summer there. But for me it's a very cold season haha. Maybe you can feel what I feel. And my lips are also dry and a little injured. Because this is my first time going to that cold European area haha. maybe if you want to get an explanation about me. you can see my reaction video on my channel hehe. 2. about beatbox knowledge honestly, I have learned about beatbox only from watching world beatboxers on social media. where, in my environment Indonesia, I almost never get the knowledge like what you are talking about. so, on that stage. battling with osis is my art of playing mouth music with the knowledge of what I learned on social media. if in beatboxer from Indonesia. I didn't get it because no one understood how deep beatbox was and how deep music was. when I was in Germany, I really saw and my eyes were opened that how beatbox should work. I asked a lot of questions there about how beatbox should work according to their opinion (beatboxers in there) about beatbox. and I think, I understand it enough and I can share what has been said by the professional beatboxers that I met there. such as colaps, river, inertia, osis, dlow, and other beatboxers. yes from all of this. I am very very grateful to you too and. You have given me a lot of knowledge about beatbox. Once again, thank you very much dan! Always happy to meet you dan!
OSIS is frickin insane!!!! Love seeing these reactions and analyzing from a pro such as you D-low! It's incredible seeing you copy these beats on the spot!!! You are a legend
😍What you say about caping complexity to 80% is how the world, the nature and even human body is working. Human fluids optimum temperature is 40°c, yet we stay around 37°c. This is to handle variations. There are so many other exemples like the green color of plants (made to handle sun light spectrum variations)... Same in formula one, engineers often have the choice between a very small frame of utilisation to a 100%, but that the pilots will hardly reach during the race OR widen this frame of utilisation by lowering performance. So the pilot won't use 100% of the car but will reach this optimum frame more often. You're on point my friend !! I wish you the best for you career, peace !
Hey Dlow, would it possible for you to cover/give your opinions on some of the GBB23 crew battles? You did a similar thing for GBB21 and it would be awesome if you did the same thing this year as well.
started on 13.. i'm 25 now.. leaving practice.. but beatbox regularly.. yall know it becomes a habit 😆. i'm more kinda like unlocking a new sound.. but not really make any routine. there's 1 point where i did not watch any beatbox videos.. when i came back.. it's all about the complexity & soo many new sound. my situation now more like crawling learning the new sound.. beatbox changes nowadays huh.. damn son. suddenly there's a poh snare, polyphonic voice, triple snare & more! 🤧🤣🤣🤣
Yes mate! My opinion as a musician that plays multiple instruments, you should never top your 80% skill level. Doesnt matter if you play guitar, drums, synths or whatever instrument you play
Hey dlow i have a question, did you see mr.beast react to you? If you want the video its on his reaction channel and its called people with amazing talent.
when you say adi was powerful i accept he was so powerfull, if you guys saying he’s not powerful enough, bro you have to see adi live when he drop his bass it will tickling your brain.
From the video it didn't feel like a close battle imo, it's so awkward because it's almost like any opinion based only on the video is wrong. I can just say "probably live was different" but that doesn't make the feeling of something being off go away, we should get more accurate representations of the live battles. That's also way so many people say "robbed" lately in many battles
Dlow, you should get back to competing again. Maybe you don't do it because you are keeping routines so as not to be repetitive and tired of listening. It would be good to see you again at gbb 2025

11:30 this part sounded really cool. if he would've repeated that little melody a couple more times that would've sounded crazy
Dlow would've made a great teacher in general, not just in beatbox.
Bro just imagine your PE teacher breaking out into an epic beatbox routine in the middle of class! We would've had a RAAAAAAAAAAAVE!!!!
Indeed, his English speaking is just superior
Really love your chill analysis mr. dan !
