I’ve been using Irish soap and it works great. I’ll rub the soap around the doorways and windows. I’ll leave the soap on a ledge in the coop. About every 2 weeks I’ll take that same bar and cut a small piece off to get to a good part of soap bar and repeat the process.

Good tips. I really like using the vanilla scented trees. I put some in the container where I keep the bedding/shavings. Works great! -the smell is infused with it whenever I put fresh bedding in the coop.

The flies in my coop have no sense of smell.
Cuz I've tried essential oil/ vinegar mix sprays
I've tried cloves on the coop floor, diatomaceous earth, fans, removing all my pine shavings and replacing it with hemp. I had fly traps, etc.
I do not have food or water in my coop.
    Nothing has worked.

Flies can be stubborn! You may need to do an additional deep cleaning and disinfect the coop, followed by a multi-layered approach to deter them from returning. I've found a combination of steps, using the essential oils or vanilla trees, along with the diatomaceous earth mixed with clean bedding does the best to keep flies at a minimum. You can keep the fly traps outside of the coop as well to try to catch them before they go inside. You may not be able to get rid of all of the flies, but this combination helps keeps their numbers very low inside the coop. 💖
