I live up here in the upstate of South Carolina. What lures would you recommend and colors for fishing the Charleston area for flounder redfish and speckled sea trout and what size hooks? I really enjoy your show. Thank you for taking us on your adventures.
Hey Steven, so broadstrokes: you can't go wrong with a natural color minnowz from Zman. Either slim swim or standard 3". Use as light of a jig head as you can get away with, probably 1/8 oz unless it's deep or windy. I like The Deal for a color. I usually use 1/0 hook jigs with those, the hook point goes about 1/4 - 1/3 of the way down the plastic and fits well. Checkout eyestrike jigs they're really made for the Zman plastics, more or less. Either straight swam or bounced off the bottom, it catches all the inshore species. Goodluck and thanks for watching!
It's definitely stable! Not really no complaints from me. I've had it for about 4 or 6 months now and everything's working exactly as it should. The gunnel rod holders are another great feature so you can bring rods for everything without them getting in the way!
Awesome Red! Love hearing the sound of that drag! Well done!
Now That’s what I’m talking about. Nice Red. It looked super heavy. Congratulations
He’ll of a way to start! Huge red!!

Amazing...you make it seem so easy. BTW...if you have a way of contacting me, I have two adaptations for sheepshead fishing rigs I'll share with you.
Thanks David! I'm definitely curious about your "adaptations". Shoot me an email @ maketimeforfishing@gmail.com
