- Hello, and welcome to my channel! I am back with another nail on nail tapping & nail rubbing video! Many you really like these videos. It also includes tapping and scratching on a variety of items, in between the nail on nail tapping. I ensured to choose items I have not yet used in my previous nail on nail tapping videos :) I love making these videos so much. I intended it to be about 30 minutes long, and next thing I knew, I had almost 1 hour worth of content!

How do I define ASMR?
ASMR is a relaxing tingling sensation often felt in the scalp, neck, and spine caused by various stimuli such as sound, visuals, touch etc. When I experience it, it feels like my brain/scalp is getting a relaxing massage, and makes me feel calm. Many people have different "triggers" that cause this relaxing, tingly sensation such as tapping, scratching, whispering, crinkling sounds, water sounds etc. (the list goes on!).
Why do I make ASMR?
ASMR has helped me through many difficult times, including stress, inability to fall asleep, anxiety, panic, and depression. I know I cannot cure these for you, but my hope is that I can at the very least help you relax and make your day a little better.
The main purpose of this channel is to relax you, and create a calming environment. It is a place of positivity, and to feel safe. Relax, and happy drifting, everyone!
