Thanks for posting another update, Scott! I’m a couple of months behind you in diagnosis, Chemo and follow ups. It’s been so helpful to be able to follow along and get some encouragement. I’ve definitely been experiencing health anxiety, although I have to say it has gotten much better.

Hi Florian 😃 I’m so glad I could be of continued help. My pleasure! The health anxiety comes in waves definitely. Thankfully I’m quite adept at mind over matter techniques haha! Stay safe! X

Saw some of your old videos. Very insightful! On 5 Chemo's, Cycle 6 of 8. Starting mid October Chemo pill and Radiation (M-F) for 5 1/2 weeks, the 8 weeks of rest, with surgery early 2023! #NeverGiveUp

You look really well and loving the hair. So glad to see you smiling and living life. Congratulations with the weight loss you look amazing. I'm struggling to lose weight myself. I'm a super picky eater so it's super hard for me. I don't like a lot of food and refuse to eat it. I guess it's all a mental thing. Anyways I'm so glad you are doing amazing. Not sure if you remember sabastian but he passed his cancer spread to brain n passed in may 2022 he had the pluck the day youtube channel

Hey Rhonda! Thank you, I’m glad you like my hair haha, I’m loving it too. You’re right, it is all a mental battle with the weight loss… and sometimes luck lol. Wish you well with it.
I was only thinking about him the other day and searched for his page etc and saw his last few updates and wondered if he had passed. I’m totally gutted and I hope his family are okay. Awful ❤️

@@lymphomawtf9896 yea me as well. My sister just got diagnosed back in Dec with stage 4 spindle cell sarcoma very rare and aggressive and she already has Friederichs ataxia and is confined to wheelchair so she can't have treatment it would kill her but she was given 6 months and she is going downhill fast as of last few days. Then my cousin got diagnosed 3 weeks ago with non Hodgkins lymphoma stage 3. My dad died when I was 7 with brain tumor so I hate cancer and I live and love to see people make it through and doing so well. It gives me joy. Keep doing what you are doing hun and You will continue to thrive

Hey, yes so everything has gone apart from one that is there but it is moveable. It is just a scar now and is likely to be there permanently but isn’t cancerous 😀

Did you ever need to have g-csf injections for low neutrophils, I have just completed 7 out of 12 for HL and been advised to have these injections due to neutrophils being at 0.6.

Hi mate - yes I did. I was neutropenic quite a few times, particularly when I was hospitalised. Had them twice a day for a few days to get me back up to scratch 😃

@@kashifsattar7340 yes, so I was in a hospital bed at the time and I couldn’t get comfy, it made my whole pelvic area ache and I had quite prominent shooting pains all up my back due to it stimulating the marrow which is mainly in the pelvis, so quite common. I needed IV paracetamol for a few days, which I wouldn’t complain about haha

You know, it’s not stupid. You’ve been through a lot man. You have every right to have anxiety.
I myself am a super hypochondriac, I hate it. It will be the death of me lol I feel every pain, every lump, bump or scrape is some sort of death sentence. Quite honestly it saddens me because it has changed the way I am for the past year and it sucks.
I had twisted my neck one night to kiss my wife and pulled something. Had some mild swelling and a bean sized bump on neck. I immediately thought it was cancer. Had it checked twice, had an X-ray taken on it as well.
I’ve been told it’s nothing, and I know it’s great to trust doctors. But, I feel like the info we have in our hands at all times (google) gives a false impression we know more than the doctor.
I speak for myself in that instance, it’s sad man. I wish I could change it. It’s so hard.
I’m so glad I’ve found your channel. I hope you continue to progress and get better every day. Keep your head up friend! You got this!
