I know its sad. We have a No Hire felon rule here at my company. Also no domestic abuse . Our policy is extremely strict due to government contracts. We have found that when we get a new employee with a perfect background they tend to stay long term. Also we offer benefits unheard off in todays market place. We pay what the insurance doesnt cover that in its self makes for more dedicated especially female employees.

Being a felon is not the problem entirely. You have to seek employment within the small business category. Your confidence in yourself and your ability to be profitable to a small business must be conveyed to that business owner.

Look for temporary employment services in your area. Here in Pa most companies only ask for your criminal history dating back 7yrs or newer. You can also try calling those fastfood places and ask the manager directly if they're hiring and if they say yes then explain you have an app on file. Maybe try gig work like Walmart spark, Instacart, doordash, etc. If all else fails then move here to York Pennsylvania. Im a felon and there's plenty of work.

Your Conviction has to relate to what you will be doing. If you have a Felony fraud conviction then they can deny you for a position that involves having personal information or access to financial information but not if you apply to work in a restaurant I would suggest that you stop asking if they hire "Felons" and once you get hired then you have to allow you to explain the circumstances behind your conviction, the time that has passed and what you have done afterwards.

Leaving satan and his ways is the hardest thing to do . But the testing of you faith produces patience. 😊everyone thinks becoming a great Christian comes easy . ?? The Bible should always be your guide during hardship. “We must through many tribulations enter the Kingdom of GOD.” “HE that is in you , is greater than he that is of this world.””I can do all things through CHRIST that strengthens me.”
If living a righteous life for and of GOD was easy everyone would be doing it , but it takes away comforts of this world. Some just can’t.

If your license is clean, try getting your class A license. Western Express comes to mind. You’re absolutely 💯 about the system being rigged so that you repeat mistakes! Don’t give up things almost always get better! I’m not religious but I’ll have my mom pray on it for you 🙏

I know this is an old comment, but I just had to say that your dog on your pfp is so adorable 🥰. Give it a belly rub for me ☺️❤️
