River's style is so smooth. It flows like water (pun intended) and there's so sharp stops or sharp transitions. It all feels so natural and perfect. 💙🌊

I think the contrast between bart and river was very strong due to doing the Same sound. River did it better
River was in godmode with perfectly structured rounds with insane energy on the end of the 1st round and whole 2nd round, when B art was kinda lost using River's snare and lost his energy and his cleanliness in the 2nd round. So yeah B-Art 2nd round feels messy and kinda improvised, the contrast with River is hard to suppot thou, he was insane in this one, OP

It is strange how few people seem to be watching gbb this year. I get that dlow and codfish aren't competing but the roster is still STACKED with big names, OGs and new talent. I guess guys like napom, alem, colaps are big names within the beatbox community but their styles probably don't appeal to the casuals as much.
No one cares about the views that much bruh. Why do you have to bring that up lol? Beatbox community is still loved by everyone and they are getting million views per battle, the only thing is that these battles are taking too much time to come out so obviously people are losing some hype but the audience is still there.
There are 3 reasons I can think of:
1. Covid stumped the scene big time at a point and it’s still recovering
2. Some battles are straight up not as interesting. Notice the helium vs inertia is almost at a mil
3. Peppinos upload schedule fucks it up for everyone, he premieres in the am for those in the US, screws with the initial Impact and algorithm
It shockes me, how time to time, giant and SUPER HEAVY WEIGHT like B-art, can be absolutely butchered on gbb stage.
Still he’ll be top 10 bbxer in my heart for ever♥️
His biggest mistake was using River's sound against him
The fact that everyone uses their best routine against him shows how well respected he is by other battlers.
His whole 2nd round got invalided once he fucked up the beat

The thumb rule of battling is to never overuse a sound that the opponent is clearly better at. B-art shouldnt have done the whole 2nd round with just pitch snares. I think just the he's tired part was enough
