Bc their songs are timeless. I just love how they continue to sing their old songs in concerts etc. So the songs dont feel old at all.

The way Jeff explain things abt Seventeen, how he appreciate them and the word he uses to describe how great they are, he vocalize his thought very well and i think that's how every carat feel but can't put into words but he did. He's basically speaking for the whole fandom.

I don’t know how many new Carats there are but just wanted to say, remember Hoshi was going to be the Vocal team leader. They switched roles. Woozi discovered his passion for composing music. Hoshi also discovered his passion for making choreography;)
he was supposed to be a member of the vocal team with woozi, not the leader of the unit i think. Before Jeonghan came, the members were Joshua, Dk, Kwan, woozi and hoshi. I don't really think they 'switched' positions? Woozi used to train with performance team but he's already a vocal member. Or maybe I'm wrong😂 woozi trained with performance team and hoshi in vocal but i dont remember hoshi being supposed to be the leader of vocal back then. and Hoshi auditioned with a dance. or maybe I'm wrong again?😂😂 gosh idk. they're just all talented, imma just put it like that😂

I was personally impressed by Hoshi, the8, and Mingyu vocals the most here. I can clearly hear they improved like sound more natural and less pushy.

totally agree with everything you said! I was kind of sad to see no one talking about Hoshi. Personally the opening of the song where Hoshi sang gave me chills ☺️. BUT i'm glad to see jun and dino and The8 got the attention they deserve! All 13 are kings!

SVT are really smart with their US marketing, you're entirely right performing their older songs is such a good idea not only because they're showing their best but also because it gives people a deeper/fuller picture of who they are as a whole not just who they are currently

You need to listen to the performance teams live version of 24/7 Jun and hoshis falsettos are out of this world
this drop from Rolling Stone was such a major unexpected treat. The 2017 unit project leading up to Clap was such a cool time. I think a good amount of people became carats during that time right after DWC. So these songs were a 1st introduction of Seventeen to a lot of carats at that time, like myself, and to see these songs performed again as a trio with live vocals is so so incredible and nostalgic. Also I'm so glad that they rearranged Lilili Yabbay to showcase performance unit's vocals; it's rare for them to have an opportunity to harmonize and show their vocal color as a unit like this. Ugh it's just all so good; and I love watching another carat react to this because this video is such a big mood! Thanks, Jeff!!!

Listening to it with headphones it seems like Hoshi was the low end and Jun was a step up from that. He still has quite an impressive range, though. Anyone who hasn't taken the time to listen to some of his solo songs/covers is really missing out. Seventeen's songs don't do some members (a lot, actually) justice in terms of their tone/what they're capable of/etc, and Jun is definitely one of them.

when i heard this version of lilili yabbay, i just thought "jeff will LOVE this song" and it's super good to see that i was right! i loved a shining new 2021 ver. of pinwheel because it launches me straight to heaven, and i think trauma was the perfect choice for the middle song, it keeps you hyped up and adds more variation to the video with our talented boys. wonderful reaction, it was exactly how i felt too 😂💕
