The heroes vs villains tip is so accurate, you can easily tell a good player at the game just by jumping in a game of heroes vs villains!!! His detonite charge and shoulder charge or really good ability when used on the right time. Leia, on the other hand, can’t be as offensive with her. Gotta stay back and hope your teammates have your back. I’ve noticed most teammates abandon their blaster teammates to engage 1 guy, meanwhile you’re getting pulverized by the other three players.

Super pro tip... unless they have a stun character, blocking and dodgin backwards is a VERY effective technique. Its really annoying to do, cause its kinda cheap, but it freaking works. Just dodge backwards towards your teamates, and use your abilities to keep the enemy away. Youll stay alive for surprisingly long. But its an annoying technique tho
@@azazel3398 with vader use your lightsaber throw and you middle ability never use your choke unless you are 100% sure you can get everybody. That "team" tip does it for me. I'm a very casual and amateur player, but this is easily noticeable. When the 4 heroes on your team are close, it's much harder to die, and much easier to kill or assist.
@@SSGLGamesVlogs you probably are right. We may have played science launch but new system updates and game updates,We are new to them as they are new to us.
Mistake: I see a lot of players in HvV underestimating blaster heroes. The amount of times a saber hero has ran toward me and tried to attack me is so funny when I melt them with leia’s e-11.
I use phasma a lot there, when the random saber Hero just attempts to beat the shit out of me, but walks into my turret, when one of the card i have is for speed of the turret, then just proceed to violently just use meelee to shame them for understimating that lil fucker. I often die becouse they get tired and Force push me off a cliff :D
This helps alot. Been playing for 2 years now and needed this advice. I am usually the one that gets into a four on one hvv, but usually I notice my team watching me get slaughtered for laughs, and not helping.
My problem with 4v1s is not the running into and battling. It's the retreating when you see them grouped together and by the time a Luke is right on top of you to help. Their reaction is just slow to the point where you die and then they use the push.
The "Don't do a 1vs4 in HvV" is understandable and fine... But it is not easy when the entire match is a 4vs1. Happens to me too many times. Everybody groups up and you either stall till somebody Joins your team. Or try picking them off or force push/pull into holes
I hate in heros vs. villains when you're on your way to your teammates who are rotating around and you walk into a room just to find the whole other team
I started playing a couple of days ago and I rushed 4 villains with Yoda and killed 3 of them but then I got killed by the last one. Bare in mind all of them weren't at full health but I was pleased with myself.
Id like to mention that in supremacy, C stands for contested. This means the point c always has the most trouble at the start, at least and its better to start your advance there. Its also the most fun on mos Eisley.
8:50 It kind of depends on who you are playing. I've won plenty of 3v1s and 4v2s as luke and even a few 4v1s as Vader. in the end it comes down to who you are playing and if you are playing them right.
You forgot one : When playing Anakin 1v1 against a hero, be sure to use the "always wins" combo. Ah, and don't forget the win button. Sure he's been nerfed but he's still absolutely dominant in 1v1
I still play but one thing i wanted but they never did was seperate Star Card loadouts. Instead of contantly switching you can choose preset cards. And allow them to change cards mid battle
Another mistake noobs may make is to keep attacking anakin as he charges up heroic might. I know its not as devastating as it was at launch but you may as well get back and stop firing to avoid being caught in the radius
Picking the right starcards for the gamemode is tricky. Sometimes you only have a second to select a hero and it's difficult to alter your starcards of all the heroes you want/might play in another game mode
I do that too. I've decided to stop playing Heroes vs Villains entirely since most of the players I encounter are sweaty low level (7-28) tryhards, epic level that emote every time they kill you, and the toxicity of getting messages from your opponents saying "get good scrub" ,"you trash player", "tryhard", "your team sucks" or " this game is your life how sad that you play so much of it" is why I don't like H vs V anymore.
Staying with teammates in HvV is the best tip here, and I hope some people will actually follow it. Especially because when I play blaster heroes, most of my team is likely saber heroes, and they tend to bail on me, leaving me defenseless. Defend your blaster heroes! The worst is when I play Iden. She’s a joy, but for some reason in HvV, all the saber heroes have a hard-on for Iden and will sweat their balls off constantly coming at me and spamming their swings. No other blaster hero I play gets that kind of heat from the enemy. I still haven’t figured out a good way to save myself from these swing spammers. Their blades track so as soon as I roll twice, they’ll melt me. If there’s any tip to deal with this when teammates don’t help, it would be much appreciated.
Heroes in a nutshell, play them how their designed to play. It will save your life!!!! I saw the most aggressive Obi Wan that kept dying trying to take on the entire team, if you do not know how to play a hero like knowing the back of your hand, then don't try it. Baby steps on each hero, they are all different and unique in play style, until you have gotten used to playing a defensive character try using an offensive, like Anakin, Maul, etc.
Supremacy is exclusively Team Deathmatch no matter how you look at it. The kills are that matter, they just have to be in a specific area. But killing tons of people are preventing them from advancing or doing anything. It's just maintaining a hold on as many locations, and in order to do that, you have to kill everything around. If it's near one of the command posts then great, but that doesn't make taking out everything elsewhere moot. Most of the time in Assault it is Deathmatch as well because the objectives are impossible to achieve without wiping out dozens and dozens of players.
things people still try to do two years on pick the wrong unit for the wrong section of map like a specialist when trying to force the final room on endor, or heavies trading pop shots with specialists on crait. Being aware of the person carrying the rockets in walker assault blocking the shot, not protecting the objective till fired and then complaining that the shot wasn't taken. Not necessarily a n00b mistake but, spawn ganking with heroes and infantry. And my personaly fave that I have noticed since the release of the celebration edition, aim bots and damage multipliers. You may win but people will take note of your name and just leave a lobby when they see you arrive, cheating is not cool, its not darkside, its just straight bs
Usually HvV starts with a 4v4, but after a few seconds I start to notice that I'm by myself and my other 3 teammates ran away. (Or flew away, after all that is what Boba does best.)
I subbed since the first noob mistake vid you made and I only had 1 mistake I made. Now this one brought out 2 mistakes I need to work on, glad I subscribed lol
Hahahaha, in one game, there was that Anakin who always came to my spawnpoint and I didn’t understand why, I was just thinking „Wtf are you doing here? Why are you not fighting the Sithlords?“🤣🤣
Grievous's Unrelenting Advance SHOULD make him immune to frontal attacks, but I occasionally get hit by them. My guess is that the ability requires at least 0,3 seconds to trigger the frontal defense, because it just doesn't seem to protect you the moment you activate it. Also, sometimes it bugs out and it "keeps being used" a few seconds after you deactivate it manually. You can still move and it looks like you are still dealing damage but you are unable to jump and use other abilities. Still, Grievous is much better now in terms of working properly, and he is very fun to play.
How about not moving in front of people that are currently firing. I can't tell you how many times I'm melting people by holding down a choke point with a heavy using sentry or an enforcer using overcharge and having some idiot noob come and stand right in front of me and basically shielding the enemy to get a few primary fire shots in. While I am holding down the choke, go around and flank. This pisses me off so much.
My biggest wish would be for players to keep the spammy insanity of HvV out of hero showdown. You're either getting doubled or have a teammate angry at you for not doubling.
Ninth mistake: picking Obi-Wan and not emoting
When I see that kind player: I want every gun we have to fire at that man

Just dodge backwards towards your teamates, and use your abilities to keep the enemy away. Youll stay alive for surprisingly long. But its an annoying technique tho
@@azazel3398 with vader use your lightsaber throw and you middle ability never use your choke unless you are 100% sure you can get everybody. With luke be smart with your ability use your push only when theres an opening use repulse when your low on stamina and being attacked use dashes to open up some distance. For obi block ,dodge and defensive rush through the enemy(only rush when they are low on stamina or not expecting it.
Another tip: if you're attacking in GA and on overtime, you can suicide charge into the objective to extend overtime.
Exactly my teammates on phase three on Endor or Naboo always forget that😂
2:47 I have a clip that disproves blaster shots being deflected. I will put it up soon.
That "team" tip does it for me. I'm a very casual and amateur player, but this is easily noticeable. When the 4 heroes on your team are close, it's much harder to die, and much easier to kill or assist.
I’m a pro and still learning
Same
Bro same
I'm a pro to but I know everything
Nope. You guys are Noobs too. Just like the rest up us.
Yeah they run in captain plasmas turret and get destroyed
I use phasma a lot there, when the random saber Hero just attempts to beat the shit out of me, but walks into my turret, when one of the card i have is for speed of the turret, then just proceed to violently just use meelee to shame them for understimating that lil fucker.
I often die becouse they get tired and Force push me off a cliff :D
for that one tip for changing your cards they need to add card load outs
This helps alot. Been playing for 2 years now and needed this advice. I am usually the one that gets into a four on one hvv, but usually I notice my team watching me get slaughtered for laughs, and not helping.
First! Btw love the content man. New player here. Loving these tips!
Mayhemic definitely 👍
Same
Was just watching and Palpatine said “DO IT” and I subscribed.
Shhhh dawg, don’t tell people about Unrelenting Advance, it’s the best way to get noob kills 🤫🤫
So true. Kills attack spammers in a second.
I killed the same dude about 4 times in a match and i guess he thought anakin could break through cause of how "OP" he was haha
Those noobs are eventually gonna catch on
@@mattalegi286 if not then they will probably quit the game
It’s so much more satisfying to kill someone who knows what they’re doing though.
First video helped me out quite a bit. Thanks for making another one. You may or may not have just earned a sub.
Damn dude, 1.6 million credits, I’ve been playing a lot since the beta and I’m not even close to that many 😂
My problem with 4v1s is not the running into and battling. It's the retreating when you see them grouped together and by the time a Luke is right on top of you to help. Their reaction is just slow to the point where you die and then they use the push.
Noti gang where u at?
You get a thumbs up immediately for the PTFO tip 😀
Bro in Heroes vs Villains I dont chase the 4 ganged up heroes, they chase me.
The "Don't do a 1vs4 in HvV" is understandable and fine... But it is not easy when the entire match is a 4vs1. Happens to me too many times. Everybody groups up and you either stall till somebody Joins your team. Or try picking them off or force push/pull into holes
It’s weird and kinda sad how these noob mistakes are still made by “veteran” players who say they’re so good at the game
Since April 2020, the ARC Trooper now fires a Power Blast similar to Leia’s Secondary Fire. The dual pistols are now controlled by one button
You forgot the skin misstake "thinking skins makes the character better" 😂
i get 2-5000 points extra per game when obi puts on the jedi robe
@@brandonlane4906 are you serious? It isnt meant to be so
I switch skins every match but it's only to ease my OCD in regards to canon or camo.
@@Jay_N81 hmm camo is a great tactic
Doesn't work against AI, but can definitely help against other people.
Another great vdieo :D Keep it up man! :D
want Ashoka jango windu and qui gon
Agree but no jango hero just skin 2 jet packs on Dark side would be op that's why they said we would probably get Sabine from st rebels for light side
swervoo bands thank you for your thoughts :)
I hate in heros vs. villains when you're on your way to your teammates who are rotating around and you walk into a room just to find the whole other team
I wish there was a mode where everybody had no star cards.
TheDirewolf 1234 yeah, makes the game feel really unbalanced for newer players.
You could probably call it “Neutral Assault”.
00:27 that "Do it" never gets old
I started playing a couple of days ago and I rushed 4 villains with Yoda and killed 3 of them but then I got killed by the last one.
Fun tip: be careful for anakin, luke, obiwan, and maul on kamino. Know your surroundings when you are a hero so they dont throw you overboard.
*me watching this video as a veteran player and learning something new* A surprise to be sure but a welcome one.
*Sees the title of the video*
Me: "So this is why rookies can kill me so easily now..."
The teamate running to help another single teamate loop is the most frustrating thing in HvV and in For Honor
2:50 I LITERALLY WAS DOING THAT MOVE AND A HAN WHO WAS TWO FEET IN FRONT OF ME KILLED ME WITH HIS REGULAR MODE BLASTER 🤯🤯🤯
Sometimes the enemy team just finds me and then I run and they still somehow keep up
Another mistake noobs may make is to keep attacking anakin as he charges up heroic might. I know its not as devastating as it was at launch but you may as well get back and stop firing to avoid being caught in the radius
I attack anakin with active ability only with stinger pistol.
Picking the right starcards for the gamemode is tricky. Sometimes you only have a second to select a hero and it's difficult to alter your starcards of all the heroes you want/might play in another game mode
In heroes vs villains, sometimes when Ive got a team that just wont regroup, I leave.
I do that too. I've decided to stop playing Heroes vs Villains entirely since most of the players I encounter are sweaty low level (7-28) tryhards, epic level that emote every time they kill you, and the toxicity of getting messages from your opponents saying "get good scrub" ,"you trash player", "tryhard", "your team sucks" or " this game is your life how sad that you play so much of it" is why I don't like H vs V anymore.
talking about the HvV one is a what I had expected. 40% of the time I get yelled at for ruining ones though
Palpatine:execute order 66
Captain Rex:no u
8:45 , unless you’re playing a force user who could potentially ledge most of the enemy team from when they are
Thanks, very simple explained, good for new players
Star Bazaar:Now lets look at everyone's favorite hero,Anakin.
Darth Vader: Am i a joke to you?
I'm a veteran, and this video still helped me. Thanks!
You can actually deal damage to a grievous using his move that spins his sabers fast with a normal attack from bb8
2:26 “grievous is the counter to newer player” Han: Am I a joke to you?
Heroes in a nutshell, play them how their designed to play. It will save your life!!!! I saw the most aggressive Obi Wan that kept dying trying to take on the entire team, if you do not know how to play a hero like knowing the back of your hand, then don't try it. Baby steps on each hero, they are all different and unique in play style, until you have gotten used to playing a defensive character try using an offensive, like Anakin, Maul, etc.
Kenobi has the best defense
A jedi once said WHERE IS MY TEAM
Another mistake i see people do mainly on HvV is they jump alot. Like i see Anakins jump like you making yourself vulnerable to abilities
Bazaar: "Let's talk about everyone's favourite hero, Anakin Skywalker!"
Obi Wan Kenobi: It's over Anakin. I have the high ground in fans.
I subbed since the first noob mistake vid you made and I only had 1 mistake I made. Now this one brought out 2 mistakes I need to work on, glad I subscribed lol
Dude TYSM I’ve been playing since launch and this still helped lol
As far as controls go is there a way to change my pov button?
Hahahaha, in one game, there was that Anakin who always came to my spawnpoint and I didn’t understand why, I was just thinking „Wtf are you doing here? Why are you not fighting the Sithlords?“🤣🤣
3:01 and that why I love MY MAIN MAN
Grievous's Unrelenting Advance SHOULD make him immune to frontal attacks, but I occasionally get hit by them.
Sweet I was in this video! I was the Obi Wan on Geonosis!
I’m so glad somebody finally said not to play the game like a death match! So tired of losing because these noobs don’t know how to play the game!
My biggest wish would be for players to keep the spammy insanity of HvV out of hero showdown. You're either getting doubled or have a teammate angry at you for not doubling.
