Always makes me grin ear to ear when the sound engineers understand the importance of the bass, and bring that shit out to the forefront when mixing live audio levels! There are plenty of bands out there who don't have the type of sound that would benefit from emphasizing the bass like in this video, but Korn is not one of those bands. The live performances they've done with the loud and proud bass mix (and having a bass player also talented at slapping) blow the original studio tracks out of the water in my opinion. I wish more modern bands would realize the importance and potential that adding a good bass player could do for them. The bass is truly an epic instrument when in the hands of the right person, and mixed properly!

Luzier should learn 2 things: -Silences are good, fooling around the whole song doesn't make it better - Be tight doesn't mean to have groove... Silveria where are you!!!

Ray Luzier is a great drummer, but I just hate how Korn sounds with him. There was something magic about Silveria’s drumming along with Fieldy’s bass. It’s not there anymore.
