Extra luggage is only till Toronto. Air india doesn’t operate till Winnipeg or if you have any connecting flights and therefore, it’s not suitable for students going beyond Toronto. How do I know this, is because I booked my flight on 17th May, 2022 for Winnipeg. After extensive research and speaking to multiple flights and visiting their offices. I finally booked Air Canada.
