Hello, I have a question. Please answer me. When I sew the sleeve to a shirt, ripples or curves appear in the front. I don’t know why, even though I cut the fabric straight.
I don't understand the purpose of cutting under the arm at 5 cm and then sawing it again.. I was logically expecting some additional fabric there too..
@@janetelmes9205I thought the same But watch 4:08. 5cm is too much for these shelves. Cut and sew at same line. Let’s say This white lace is around 4cm width . Then cutting 2.5cm is enough.
The arm hole where the sleeve is attached sews together more smoothly when done as part of the side seam. Sewing the top then the underarm leaves a better finish. The other responder is correct, cutting the arm hole makes room for the lace insert enlarging the sleeve.
Why sleeves are so tight in ready mades . Do they save cloth . But the dress is destroyed. Not everyone will go this make over . . It mat not look nice in every. Dress

Потому что пройма/рукав (спинка/перед) НЕ симметричны ! Спереди (по полочке изделия) пройма немного глубже, соответственно и абрис рукава тоже.

It is not necessary to cut under the arm, if you insert the sleeve as a tube
I think it was just to insert the sleeve easier.
Cutting the armhole lower makes the armhole bigger. The larger armhole is necessary to fit the larger sleeve. The lace has made the sleeve bigger.

Здесь надо платье купить на размер больше. Оно некрасиво обтягивает не идеальную фигуру.
Легче новую сшить
