I've never seen Clark so sweetly vulnerable..one of the best scenes with Lana..once again just before something bad/sad happens..does this have to be the routine?!?
With all their disagreements they never stopped loving each other. This scene is definitely my favorite! I was cheering so much when I saw this on TV when it aired!! Who else did? I will say this was the right episode for her to die at the hands of Lex. I think Lex had the potential to kill her. Then again Lex knew if he killed her Clark would hunt him down. 🙏 Lionel always meddling!
Got to hand it to Lana, she saw the fear of rejection in his eyes and knew he was scared. In just one kiss she said so much. To be fair Lois did the same, they both knew he was vulnerable and made sure he knew he was safe with them
Lionel shouldn't have interfered he is a stupid person who likes to play God with people's lives and good or bad he really shouldn't have done this he knows Lana loves Clark and he if he does he should respect that not use it as a weapon
Lana is cute to be with, she's naive and just like a princess.i really like her and Lois too. But to be fair, Lana is the type of girl that constantly drains Clarks energy to follow her while Lois gives him strength he needs in becoming a man. Nothing is wrong if he chose Lana, it's just that life would be different that's all.
Lana always struck me as the loving, supportive, _potential_ wife, who was trying to get herself together and toughen up so that Clark's concern for her wouldn't get in the way of his greater purpose. Lois just seemed like the obnoxious, Blur-obsessed co-worker, and/or boisterous drinkin' buddy.
I think it's just the opposite. Lois don't bring anything to Clark's life. She only delays what he should do. If Clark ended up with Lana, I bet he wouldn't have up his powers.
@@rafaelpaiva1999 Did we watch the same show? Clark only moved on with his life - away from the farm, and clinging to the past - once Lana left. LOIS was the one who encouraged him to do that. Clark tried so hard to be “normal” to be with Lana - LOIS was the one who convinced him that he didn’t need to come down to her level for them to be together. Lana thought she needed superpowers to be his equal - LOIS understood that they both had different roles to play. Lois made him FLY, ffs.
