The only guy who is honest and doesn’t complain, huge respect.
🎉
But referee was a factor.
We have every right to complain
@@rareschorban936 what exactly wrong about referee?? read the rule book brother. all fair and square good decision. Listen to the commentator they even praised the ref
@@Listenwell-wq8pn aww am sorry 2009 ref wasnt there for u
Respect for Gundogan! Xavi should learn some of this mentality
Xavi has one of the greatest minds in football history, have some respect. Prime Xavi makes prime Gundogan an amateur
@@v02ones59 no doubt. I do have respect for Xavi, but having a great mind is different than a great mentality. Xavi is blaming the referee instead of taking responsibility, which should be him if anyone. Especially when all of the referee’s calls were 100%. Who plays better in their prime has absolutely no correlation with what im saying 👍🏼
@@ayzmzza7892 The ref had zero control of this match has to be said
@@ayzmzza7892trust me Xavi did his part more than we expected....his team defeated luiz Enrique in 1st leg ( a student defeated his Teacher) we should be proud of this team who were 1 up before red card....football is beauty where one thing can change everything
@@v02ones59 nah the ref made all the right decisions, it was barca's management who had zero control. thats why they got sent off.
Madridsta But see how mature Gundogan is?? Respect Gundogon
Of course he is, not to mention he's ex captain treble man city.
🎉
Of course he is coz he won Ucl before barca
Because he is not raised by barca
Ofcource he is better than barca
Oh my captain. He always respects the opponents and own the results. Legend
finally someone who takes accountability for his own team mistakes, and does not blame the referees.
The players made mistakes, but PSG would be in the toilet without refs
@@rareschorban936Trash talk, Ref. did a good job and was not biased, Barca was just bad, look at the stats 72% precision of fit, thats horrible 😅 PSG had 3 TIMES more shots on goal and so on.
@@richi2870 PSG had their first shot after the red card, so stop talking
@@richi2870Oh really? Why didn't Gundogan get the penalty but Dembele got the penalty?
1:38 he did

a good ghost maybe 👻
@@soumasouma7980Gundo played decently. Araujo was to blame, if he wasn't reckless with that tackle, Barca would've had a better chance at winning. Even if it was the lowest amount of chance, still there would've been one if Araujo didn't get the red.

"He was very quick with yellow cards for us".
fair yellows, he gave psg some too for silly things like lewa falling back on marqui and fabian a yellow for pedri kissing his hand. Overall good refereeing though

Must be difficult, but really well spoken. Gotta go again next year.
It’s now been 9 years always the same thing
next year : bayern munchen

Should've stayed at Man City 2hqr a stupid move
As Pep always said, this is part of the game.
Ryad mahrez
The only Barca player/coach who is not throwing a tantrum now like a 5 year old
I don't know who the next coach will be but I hope we do better in the UCL. The only positive thing about this QF is, our youngsters at least have an experience playing such a big game.
Graham potter
I bet is flick
@@epicchip6071 ain't no way
Dude, "the only positive"? Really?
We literally were better and were leading 2:0. It was our game until red card. Barça showed the strength that the team has acquired at the end of the season. The next match is El Clasico where we will be able to see what Barça is capable of unless someone gets a stupid red card..
Gareth Southgate is available after summer. He will fit perfectly in Barcelona with Henderson as the marquee signing ✍️
Barcelona got this far thanks to this man. His season performance has been extraordinary
Yess ikay statement is correct.. How can at homeland we play defensive
Tbh, he spoke facts. I was supporting Barça, but wouldn't be right to blame the ref. Araujo messed the game up with his decision. Ter Stegen could have saved it, and even if Barcola scored it would've been better than playing with one player less for 60 minutes.
Xavi as a players was such level headed. Not sure why as a coach showing so much hotheadedness? Maybe hes emotionally too connected to the club which explains his emotions.
Maka almost said the sane thing, "... muy disapointo "
as a barca fan. i appreciate the honesty. he's 100% spot on.
intelligent, brave, and above all, he is right.
Quick yellow cards means clear yellow cards. But gundogan spoke well. He doesn't care tho, he's won it and went for a nice life in the sun and fair play. He knew barca were not very good but it's hos choice. But he spoke very eloquently and now goes home to his mansion in the sun and enjoys his life. He deserves it
Gundo is mature🎉 that is a true picture of what happened
Such a great guy...So sorry for Barcelona this is almost impossible to play 60 minutes on this level without one player. But I remember Final 2006 Barcelona- Arsenal where Barca have lucky 11 vs 10 and won final 2:1 otherwise will be very heavy if we are honest (Arsenal play amazing game and was very dangerous)... This is just a sport and I believe Barca start raising and becoming better and better if we comparing previous years.
Well spoken.
I love that it was his pass who gave psg their goal
The ONLY honest person in that Club.
That thumbnail about sums it up - it was self sabotage
Straight forward without biased
Love Gundogan's honesty
He will be a great coach one day.
Future city manager 💙
As a barca fan i must say we overreacted after that red card which was a brain fade moment from araujo, xavi should too much emotions and made poor decisions, cancelo needs to work on his defensive side, two horrible errors from him
Should've stayed at Man City
Nah, he needs to experience games like this if he wants to be a future coach. Top players who become good coaches always go through games like these with teams like this.
@@otterpoopieTruth. Serial winning is not learnt by winning
Barcelona was always his dream club.
He had won enough at City after the treble and just wanted to fulfill his wish aswell as helping Barca in this difficult time.
This squad needs players who step up for the challenge with an actual win mentality like Yamal and Gündogan.
@@otterpoopieU act like he didn’t play for Nurnberg and Dortmund.
@@telmolicious no I don’t. Those 2 teams are not at same level as Barca and the pressure that is weighed unto players. There is a reason why coaches like Zidane, Ancelotti, & Pep have so much success in getting their players to overcome these pressures: because they’ve been there and done it. Dortmund not winning a trophy is somewhat expected; Barca not winning major trophies is considered a disaster.
Such a mature player learned from the best and the goat pep❤
Respect to this man. From a PSG fan.
He speaks the truth, and is not pointing to others like referees. That's why he still is a world class player.I hope he will not be contaminated by the bad attitudes
of some of the other players and members of the staff.
He had a chance to score..
It hits the post
@@ArKar-id5ezhe created the chance all by himself as a center midfielder, don't even try to make it seem like he missed a sitter
@@julian-eu3xh I'm not blaming him, I'm just saying to the original comment that it's just unlucky.
He did have a chance. So did Lewandoski before the red card. Had Lewandoski scored that ball he skyed, it would have been 2-0, and that would have killed PSG.
IIKAY 💙
Gundogan's failure with Barcelona in the Champions League marks a significant moment for him.
Imagine then Mr Gundogan the enduring pain that we Barca fans have felt since the devastating defeat against Roma in 2018 every year until now. Its a shame ...
Straight answer❤
He's not trying to hide the fact that Araujo destroyed Barca this evening, he's taking it like a man, always speaking the truth. A great player and person.
It's normal that amazing players like Araujo make this kind of mistakes because he's still young and doesn't have UCL experience like Gundogan. Every great player made big mistakes and the team had to suffer. Now it depends on how Araujo and the rest of the team will take this. Gundogan is right to speak his mind, and let's not forget that he's a champions league winner, unlike 99% of the Barca squad
Lewandowski, Christensen, Sergi Roberto, Ter Stegen, Marcos Alonso are all ucl winners
The one call I disagreed with the ref for was giving that pen to Barca for gundo. Outside of that I thought the ref was very good and made the right calls every time.
Xavi has been unfair to Vitor Roque.
This man will be a legendary manager one day
Guys, let's stand up from this horrible evening, we learn from these evenings for a much brighter future ahead of us! Keep the faith!!!
Doesn't try to blame anyone but himself. A professional, he is an actual winner, a treble winner.
Great player
Respect Gundogan
He's 100% right, of course - Araujo's momentary lapse of rational thinking essentially cause the team to implode and removed every chance of continuing. However, perhaps it's not something to air out publicly and to keep it within the locker room.
Gundogan will make a top manager !
Gundogan is so professional player
Wih no disrespect😂 Feel like Gundogan should be ideally spending his peak years at Man City... Will be years before Barca can actually challenge for the UCL again.. Thye got the better side of the draw and still fell short this time ..... La liga will alos be a tough time considering how good Madrid are gonna be for the next few years
Nah, life in barcelona is better than rainy manchester. He done everything he wanted at manchester now its for his family to have better life.
by your logic every player should leave their clubs for city including real madrid
@@dinbachok6424have a better life ?? Sounds like retirement 😏 bro signed 2+1 extension contract (3 more years)
Arsenal player quality is overrated. Bayern can't produce a solid attacking game. City is a physical side pretending to be technically brilliant. Real overrelies on individual quality.
Referee gave everyone cards tonight
Thanks gundo❤
CITY LEGEND 💙🙏
Ilkay should be the first captain next season..
He is definitely suit to replace a hot headed xavi as a manager

man, gundo didn't deserve this.
Should had stayed at city and win another champions league trophy 🏆
Well Man City are out, so even if he stayed there, he wouldn't have won it.
With Gundo they would've beat Real
So much for big game player

Great player for a small club
Respect!
The fact that the media has spun this interview to mean that Gundugan threw Araujo under the bus is just crazy
He's imitating Pep 😂
Gundo should absolutely be captain next season
Wish to see him at BvB
Dud is really disappointed....he should have stayed in city ..... city legend ...gundo is a champion material and good human
Ready for gundogan to join the arteta and alonso managerial era 😏😏
Smart characters
What was the main reason he left Man City?? To be honest,I was surprised he left. I had thought he would stay for at least 2 more seasons.
Clear pen on Gundogan, the psg player clearly clips him
The VAR and Ref both clueless
This is what we lack as a football club. Honesty, not with the media, but with OURSELVES! Barcelona is a very young team currently, but common, being self-critical will let us go to where we should be.
So sad for Gundogan, he really puts his all on this team.
"we destroyed ourselves"
Exemplary professionalism, plain and simple.
Barca should only let Gundogan give statements. Even when he’s questioning the ref, he can still consider the possibility that he might be biased, but everyone else, Xavi especially, just drones on about how everyone is out to get them, the refs, the grass, the press. Class act Gundogan, should’ve stayed at City to be honest - then prob Madrid would be out right now.
miss this guy so much at City, imagine if we had him insted of kovacic
XAVI PLAY was beautiful , we were better untill we got red card . then we lost best CB and great talent lamine , and then we lose our calmness. In the second half we created good chance, may be converted into goals. ..
2 mistakes by barca after araujo red card are
1. DEFENSIVELY Errors by cancelo a lot of times there.
2. Xavi frustration. he was more frustrated than our players that made our players worse. l
The match was within reach. Araujo made a serious mistake, it is true, but since his exit, major imbalances have appeared in the defense. This is clear evidence that Araujo is the best defender in the team, meaning he carries the entire defense to one unit. On the other hand, Cancelo made one of his worst matches. The error in covering for Dembélé came from the first goal. The second error in the penalty kick, not to mention that he made a number of incorrect passes. Thirdly, Dionk did not exercise the necessary guarding and played the pivot role well, leaving Vitinha to score for the second time. Finally, Eniko Martinez did not provide the desired addition to the defense, in addition to the fact that Lopez is better than Pedri in terms of fitness and defense. It is worth starting with him instead of Pedri. I see that Barcelona needs a left-back and a pivotal player in the Mercato.
I don't know why Ferran came instead of Felix. Considering he coming back from an injury. I feel he should have gambled the decision of introducing Romeu at pivot to have a one last battle running around. Lewandowski, Pedri and Yamal off. Inigo, Romeu and Felix on... Gundogan, Romeu and Frenkie in the middle, felix and Raphinha on the flanks let's play it out with counters. Marking together...
But it's too late now.
4 defenders, 5 midfielder
Make this man captain
Ferran Torres annoyed me it was a perfect freekick he got and he stopped the ball don’t stop it just shot it man
City legend
Gundo and Cancelo...not at City now...nuff said.

Big respects for gundo pls
My prayer is that Ronald Araujo heals fast from the heartache and pains he must be feeling for that decision he took. It must be really painful for him i can imagine.
Respect
If Gundogan really wanted to City for a challenge as well as winning, he should have gone to Bundesliga. Barca's culture after 2015 was toxic. He didn't deserve this culture or environment 😢
Serious baller
Wheres our penalty gundo got fouled
Lewy ,dejon, kunde and arojo shoykd b out of the club ....to give more chances ti the future stars who are ready to die fir thr club and initiate their history in the ckub
Why sell Kessie and bring in Romeu?
Why keep benching Roque?
Why not help Ansu Fati get back to his best?
And etc the decisions and questions are just endless.
It's sad that he left Manchester, he could have been now helping them with their game versus Real Madrid
PLEASE COME BACK TO MAN CITY GUNDOGHAN 😢😢😢
It's Gûndogan's leg who touches Vitinha's when it sweaps backwards. Vitinha played smartly. No penalty imo

Hes 100% right
