My granddaddy the late Brother Joe Pratt used to sing this long meter hymn in church where my grandmother pastored the late Pastor Leatha Mae Pratt. Thanks for posting this. You're greatly appreciated (Gospel Nostalgia)
This album is so unique! I am surely enjoying it. It reminds me of a Church we use to go to when I was a kid and they use to use a window shutter for an instrument. It was the coolest thing. It makes me want that old time Religion again. That window shutter made some jam up music! Thanks for posting Gospel Nostalgia.
Necie, I'm glad you are enjoying this album. I have many albums by Dr. Johnson and they are all good. This is the way we had church when I first got saved. We just had more of a pentecostal flavor to the service. This is really good.
Yes, I think thats what that old Church we went to long ago was Pentecostal. Some good ole times lol. And wow he made more Albums!! Cool, I'm glad to find out about Dr. Johnson thanks to you.
Thank God for the Gospel and Pastoral Ministry of Dr. C.J. Johnson.

How can I get hold of some CJ Johnson? It's all amazing, but no record shops stock it; especially in the UK.
