Later-on-Land viewer. Today's page is lovely! [The Pantone color is supposed to look like chocolate mousse (according to Pantone's website), so one description could be decadent... I'm with you, been there, done that, do not want the t-shirt. Some of the scrapbook collections have a lot of brown creeping in, too. Growing up in the sixties and seventies, we were surrounded by brown... carpet, paneling, clothing. I don't want to go back, lol!]
Picking up on what you said about the SE lighting. We have tickets for end of December but my daughter's seizures can be triggered by flashing lights Would you say this could be a problem? Worried now, but at least I have time to change it if necessary
@@KirstyAngus-yl6cr Yes, please email and see what they can tell you. There is a strobe-like effect that happens a couple times. Not the old kind of strobe where things look like slow motion but laser type lights going from ceiling to floor to make a cylinder of light with someone inside. There are also just a lot of bright lights in a lot of numbers. And also a number in mostly dark with tiny lights all over (the starlight). If you booked through KX/Starlight website, they have an email address that should get you a response and I would think they have a guide about this. If you don’t get anywhere with it, let me know and I will ask if anyone knows anything. I don’t get inside info but I can politely ask people who might know! I just know it’s bright and bold but I’ve no idea what the threshold is on that for triggers.
@@KirstyAngus-yl6cr There is a section about it on the website but I think you might need more detail. The website has this: "Starlight Express features roller-skating on tracks close to the audience, pyrotechnics, flashing and strobe lighting effects, haze, simulated sparks, flame & smoke effects, and some loud sound effects." Definitely drop an email to KX and ask for more information.
The sad beige comedy lady on IG has already put out a Werner Herzog funny video about mocha mousse. I’m happy to eat that color 🍫 ☕️ but in everything else, nope! (ETA you mentioned her after I posted this!)
