Yes exactly, but you have to be very fast or else the nail polish will dry and stick on your toothpick when you try to swirl it around.

Also wenn ich das richtig sehe klebst du den Cabochon mit der Kupel auf den Stab oder?

Hallo Sarah, genau, die Kupel wird auf dem Stab befestigt und die flache Seite wird in den Nagellack getaucht.
