You know it's bad when a reputable business man is pissed. They messed up. I always thought about putting a fass system on one of our heavy haul trucks.
This is great to see a customer have the means to bring light to a dirt bag operation like this. I have had my own past experiences with semi truck repair shops (in my 20 years of trucking) for my semi trucks many years ago. Lucky for me I was able to get things right and have them make good. After many phone calls and emails people finally did the right thing. My son is currently having this same issues with an engine builder now. My son buys an engine, has a machine shop build it, has another shop put the heads and complete the assembly. Then has a third shop install everything in the engine. Guess what? It doesn’t run right 😆 Now it’s back at the shop who finished the engine and they are suspecting the engine is out of time. Needless to say it’s the same story: I’ll get to it, I’ll make it good yea yea ….let me look at it…..bring it over and park it out back and I’ll get to it yada yada yada. A bunch of nonsense. These people need jail time for scamming people the way they do. I run a semi truck tow company and deal with shops in my area on the daily. Customer calls and I tow. Anywhere. So I see every shop, their work, hear customer stories and details. Many times I have towed trucks into shop and then get a call to tow it right back out cause they didn’t fix it after running up a bill. Now the customer is out, a tow bill, a diag bill, and now another tow bill. It’s sad to see. I wanna scream “ these guys are dirt bags! Don’t go there”. But I choose not to get involved because it’s not my business to educate everyone I meet. I’m not a shop recommendation service. I’m a tow business and have to keep my head down and do what I’m paid for. But these shops exist more than you think. I know several guys in my area that are cookie cutters of this shop in the video. Same story. Same nonsense. I learned long ago, that I will buy the tools and do everything myself or buy brand new from the factory or do without. Btw turn that music off it’s killing the viewablity of these peoples stories. Good luck in your war with them. I hope you see some justice.

Horrible what has and hasnt been done, silver lining for others affected that this happened to somone who has the means to make 1ways life hell and get things correct for the little guy's. Hope everything gets resolved.
@@FASSFuelSystems no worries here…It’s oddly just been comforting to find your videos and discover that I’m not crazy. It was an awful experience, but it also looks like I got lucky. I at least have a 12v in my Chevy of which I was able to repair and make work. So many others just have empty dreams and promises. Argh. Wish there was better consumer protection. I’m currently in a similar battle with Full Traction Suspension out of Bakersfield, CA. They took $6k from me and after almost 2 years I only have 85% of the coil over kit that I ordered😂 turns out the DA there is currently building a case against them, but it will take years to resolve. These kinds of businesses need to be called out for what they are doing! Thanks for using your platform to build awareness. My next diesel fuel filter will be a FASS. You earned a customer!

These dude are all clowns. We all knew when we immediately seen them on TV. I’m so glad something is being done. Hopefully this does not drag out and turn into something that takes years. But I think you have the connections and the wallet to let there voices be heard. I’m sure we will see an update any day now where they have closed the business down! It’s sad though that we work so hard for our money and you’re so excited to finally have your dream work done and something like this happens!!!

I was hosed by these guys back in 2012/2013. They "put" a 12v Cummins in my '93 Chevy. It was a cacophony of disasters. The poor truck still is!
