Very well done video, my friend. I lived in Santa Barbara for a few years, and I am not going to lie, I have been getting a bit nostalgic for this place. Beautiful weather, mountains and the ocean. Lived there eons ago, late 70's, I really enjoyed living in Santa Barbara. Went to a photography schools that's no longer around, it's main campus was on a hilltop estate in Montecito. Such an interesting history in Santa Barbara too. There's plenty to see and do there,

Born and raised in SB but couldn't afford to go back after retiring from the military. I still visit a few times a year to visit relatives. So nice to see it thru fresh eyes/perspective.

Yeah, Indeed, its high demand as a desirable place to live has driven up real estate prices, As a tourist from LA, I enjoy every time I visit here too
