Great question! It's a complicated topic (and one I teach fully inside my Inner Circle - have you scoped that out yet?) In a nutshell, you need to assess your time and budget, plus the tasks that drain you the most, to figure out who you need. It's different for everyone. What drains you the most of time and energy? And what would you do with that time instead?
