I am a bsc food technology & quality assurance graduate student ... It's a very interesting course... Mam already told that, it full of chemistry... That's right... Biochemistry, food chemistry, cereal chemistry... And one of our complementary subject was chemistry in 1 to 4 sem...
For ug ( bsc ) there is no entrance exams, its allotment based on 12 th mark Its msc have lot of entrance exams But for btech.. Keam is there. Bsc mainly under mg university... Iam graduated from cftk ( CFRD)konni, pathanmathitta. Its the 1 st clg which started food technology & quality assurance... I didn't hear any malayalam channel who well explained about food technology..... Thank you mam.... ♥
