This literally happens all the time whenever I play or grow as a big or large creature. People like to sneak up behind me and destroy me while i do absolutely nothing in my personal experience. I know it’s a survival game but it’s still so very frustrating especially when you’re fully grown or a glimmer and die.
It happens to me too, especially when I use Ghartokus, I always get targeted and killed even by the same person over and over again, forcing me to change servers. I've heard that it's actually due to jealousy that people target you because those creatures are hard to get 🤦🏻♀️ so they got nothing better to do than to just look for you and kill you until you quit.
I legit just leave the server atp I dont even care about losing growth progress cause the shit happens so often. It's better than outright starting from scratch when large kaiju take so long to grow
1. Always sniff near "water bridges" and ponds to see if there's really nothing there 2. Never stick really close to water on oasis 3. Never steal carcasses it will always getu killed if u're not able to fly, just eat some (not too much) and go away 4. Join packs to have protection/be more sure u wont be killed 5. Ye attacking a boreal is kinda eee... not the best idea XD
About 3, I was playing as a kaluaka once and found some an “abandoned” carcass. Dove in to eat and immediately got attacked by an oxy. Yes, I sniffed. moral: try not to go to carcasses at all unless you’re a fast creature (flier is best)
So, not a lot of people know this, but there's actually other biomes other than Desert, Central and Mesa. For some this might come as a shock, but growing creatures is a lot easier when you don't compulsively head towards the biggest meeting spots for kosers.
Swamp is you last resort because that place was dead heck as much as one place on roblox could possibly be It's 99.99999% safe unless some psychopath decide to check it during their kill session
Fun fact : when you play a medium sized T5, you get the nametag "koser" on your head but it's only visible for players who want to rip the flesh out of your skin and skin you alive.

Fr. It's because Kora is op asf fully grown, he's arguably the strongest-second strongest in the game power wise especially. So as soon as you spawn in, pray to God you don't get killed before that
A lot of the time they do too ;; the amount of times I’ve helped someone raise a Kora only for them to turn and kill me once they’re adults yea I’ll take them out.

Used to play this game alot back whwn truthol ghibli and ani were dev creatures, knew so many og players who just quit the game due to the constant targetting and creatures being wayy slower then their running animations show them out to be.
the problem is your going straight to the app. if you go to the website, sort the servers by ascending and refresh the servers you can easily find one with one or 2 people, and even if you run into them its almost garunteed they're also just growing their behemoths and will leave you alone
U can do that I the app to, u just gotta scroll down when u click on the game and hit the servers button, then scroll till u find a server to your liking :>👍usually for me servers with 40 and lower players are pretty peaceful
I normally just act stupid but friendly enough for people to like me until they feel obligated to save me from the problems I'm so eager to jump into. Another way is acting super cautious to gain sympathy points. If they're not an active KOSer, they normally act friendlier then. Works great usually 👍
Yep. I sorta know how to do that glitch on command but it doesn't always work. I noticed if you die or are about to die with any status ailment and then menu while you still have those statues with keen observer, you glitch it onto whatever your next creature you're playing as BUT it only works on people who have already been in the server when you menu'd. Anyone who joins the game after you died/menu'd will not have a healthbar. and also it reverts to normal when you grow.
@@Mario-s5z3o i would say its mainly out of fear of koras and other big creatures that they get targeted so much since one of those behemoths when fully grow can only really be stoped by a different one or a large group of creatures with breaths and such
as much as i love creatures of sonaria… its also SO frustrating- i was playing for like- 3 hours and finally made it to adulthood with this one creature (i forgot what it was)… and then… something snuck up behind me AND LITERALLY ONE HIT KILLED ME… and i lost all my progress and i wanted to crawl into a trash bin ;-;
That’s so true, as a Kora I was spawn killed like 6 times when I was just minding my business, I know it’s a survival game but it makes me want to quit😭 I also am poor and don’t have any growth tokens and Kora takes FOREVER to grow😭
How to grow a tier five: you’ll need to find whatever you need to get satiated, then BOOK IT to a place without any players. I usually recommend the jungle or maybe the tundra. Possibly redwoods. If your satiated runs out either travel to get some more food and head back to the same or different location or just wait out the rest of the time the. I also recommend joining a pack or small server, stay away from larger bodies of water, and try and hide near the corners of the map the best you can Also for carnivores: DO NOT TAKE MEAT IF THERE ARE CREATURES NEARBY! Just take a small bite to get satiated and try and find a better food source
Yo that’s why I play as the small fliers so that I can go in, get what I need, and get the fuck out. Bigger creatures attract more attention, you’ll notice that smaller creatures might get chased away for points of interest but bigger creatures are outright killed
When I see a big creature trying to go, I will go either a healer or a larger creature to protect the baby. They’ve killed me after they’ve grown before, but at least they got to adult lol

This is why I only play small creatures like the Pero or creatures that can fly in general (feliso). I like survival games because I like the challenge. Play as a carnivore to earn meals or play as an herbivore for an easier game, but Cos kinda ruins that with it being easier to be a carnivore because there's always meat around the corner, no matter the season. I like this game, but holy hell do *some people* make it really annoying
Honestly growing my karathos has sucked so much, LITERALLY EVERYONE in the server goes after me I spent like an entire day using different tactics to try and grow in peace, eventually I had a few friends help me by having them bring me player carcass chunks while I hid out In the volcano area.
It happens with the korathos and absolutely any creature that needs more than 50 minutes to grow, even if you roll in mud puddles or hide in a corner of the map.
most of the time you just gotta be careful and hunker down in one spot with food spawners, also not being stupid by approaching or hitting anything you don't want beef with
fun fact: if you wanan know what killed you, check chat and go to system. Check the msot recent notification. If a creature killed you, it will say "you were killed by a ____!" (If you died to hunger, thirst, or died to something not a creature you will nto see a alert.)
That's a reason why i prefer to be smaller creature, especially when my friend is growing a big one, i can at least take care of those stupid ankle biters (or take them out as an oxy, both works)
The same really applies to gnol and kavo ESPECIALLY GNOL It feels like people just tried to get them. If you're raising them as babies because they know they would get destroyed the second it becomes adult

korathos , hygos and venu are painful to grow but kora and venu are just other story (wait 2h to venu to fully grow up and hope it got mutations that are good for it , if dont then just restart and try again 💀)

Big creatures are usually targeted regardless, but I have never been victim to more abuse as a large creature than I have with kora, I don’t know what it is, but early age koras draw so many kosers attention its downright disgusting, but if I am somehow able to reach Adult hood I’m chilling, rarely dying and it’s usually only to other creatures my size or level of strength
the korathos is very hard but if you have a friend or 2 and dont take risks well you have a better chance of surviving and everything wants to kill you for no reson its very anoying
That's why I don't really like big creatures and prefer tiers 1-3, it's impossible to grow them without max growth token normally and don't get killed.. yes, maybe smaller creatures are weaker, but they have speed and can escape easily. For example, you play as an adult big creature, and a group attacks you! You are too slow to escape. But if it would be a smaller creature, even the one that can't fly, you could probably escape..

If you have one try to use a max growth token, its what I always use on tier 4s and 5s unless they are a flier

They debuff the Kora so much I wouldn’t be surprised if they just made him a medium sized T3 creature at this point

That happens but what I do is mind-blowing.I leave the server and find a server with a few people in it.

If you want to grow a creature just don't go to frequently crowded places and don't put yourself in risky situations, like crossing bridges.
This is when you go to a small server, grow it, thwn go twrrorize the larger servers lol
I've always hated growing tier 4 and 5 because people keep killing me, it's one of the reasons why i don't really like playing the game.
I grew my kora in a private server. Best option for growing them is privs or very small servers
