He is Tamer level 99,i'm sure he have a op ring necklace and a lot of stuf in the warehouse.Apart from that in high level you can farm easily Teras so thats how he can clone without a problem or buy fruits,Anyway i dont think this video is just from one day in game,i guess he was recording all stuff and then edit all in a video
