just fyi when talking about being careful of dairy free alternatives being full of gums etc I'm completely with you on that but it also applies to cheese! Vegan cheese (especially in the US) is some of the MOST processed thing on the market and might actually be worst for you than regular cheese. I am super lactose intolerant and was super surprised to find out that parmesan (make sure its labelled as parmegiano reggiano) contains BARELY any lactose and i can eat it w/o anything bad happening. So def consider that option!

If you just prefer Whole Foods eggs then a higher quality organic free range egg is Vital Farms Organic eggs (brown packaging). I prefer those over Pete & Gerry's.
