What an impressive amount of different food! looks gorgeous!
At first you need to plan before eating from the restaurant buffet by surveying everything that is available, then note it for which one to pick and finally start the game of choosing for appetisers, main meal and side dishes and always having various vegetables and fruits. For healthy gut, you need to start with vegetables & fruits as they are pre-digested food and then main meal and whatever desserts you want take. Another must take is small portion sizes for the food selection.

I live at USA and worked almost all American Hotels , none could set up these impressive " Buffet " I ever seen , They serve just Frozen food tastless just heat up and put on buffet , we have over Paid Chefs but I almost never seen they actually Cook any food , they put two kind soup end ofthe night all food they put goin garbage including those soups no one bother the touch , because taste just not there . I ask the chef you seen food you put Buffet all goes garbage no one touch so tastless , his ansver was , he make very good living and very confortable place what is matter for him .
USA really lacks any cultural food background...They dont know anything abt food😆

Только что оттуда такого изобилия не видела за 10 дней.Так всё украсили! Столько блюд! Питание там было скромнее) А на завтрак вообще выбора нет! Мой любимый пирог с сыром всегда был то подгорелый то жирный в других отелях намного вкуснее!

Значит, в дешевом отеле были.
Скорее всего это летняя концепция. много всего и огромный выбор роллов. просто космос выбор. летом тур дорого стоит :) наверное в октябре менее богато будет.
