Aweeeeeee Carla is her person. She really cares for her and is scared of how she feels incase the same thing happens to Carla. Personally, i found these scenes even better than the first kiss because of the emotional connection, vulnerability and intimacy. ❤❤❤❤
Just to add the acting from them both is amazing. Especially at 10:55 the emotion is so real and effortless. Lisa said she'd be hopeless at casual and it seems she needs a deep meaningful connection like myself.
I keep coming back as so much comes up from this scene. At the start Lisa was willing her to live and saying she couldn't go through this again. When Carla asked her what else she couldn't say, it would have been nice for her to say how she really felt or after the chat with Roy i would have loved for her to have been really honest around her fear's about how she feels about having feelings for someone again and what that brings up after losing Becky. Or when she went back to the hospital and broke down, i think it would have powerful for her to have taken Carla's hand and told her she was terrified of losing her and that she wanted to be more than friends
I’m loving these two together😌❤️, In the 18 years us viewers have gotten to know Carla we’ve seen her in-love but never like this🥹, Alison & Vicky are both brilliant actresses, They work so well together🥰👏🏻.
I thought her and Liam had an amazing natural connection, but when I see some of these twos scenes, minus the miscommunication, they converse like its the most natural thing in the world. Even when they didn't really know each other and were at loggerheads over Roy, they still connected in that brief car scene. It's kinda like Carla can get Lisa talking & she brings something out of her with such comfortability. Her and Peter were good during some parts but the toxicity outweighed everything else
@ I do think Liam was the love of her life🥺😭💔, I agree about her and Peter together they did love each other but it was a very volatile/toxic relationship all the lies, affairs, plus Peter’s addiction didn’t help. Carla’s relationship with Lisa is definitely the healthiest relationship she’s ever had🥹♥️.
Ps I also don't think this is going to turn out well for Lisa. She's going to go Rogue. As it looks like the person who killed her wife has now hurt the person she is falling in love with. She is ANGRY 😡

The scene at the beginning that second "come on" gives me chills. It's kinda spoken with desperation, like you better pull through kinda thing
