Nice fans I had the "GE" version of the Weather Shield fan in the early 2000's and I had one like the grey and white in the mid 1990's!
My prized fan now is a Eskimo (McGraw Edison) 3 speed box fan from the late 1960's my only vintage fan now!

I have to say the weather sheild with thermostat works really good in a window about the same power as the older one
