Thank you! ♥️ I bet your bar is great and really soothing. It looks really luxurious for bathing. Bet it's great for dry skin; much better than store bought. Im going to give it a try. May I also suggest homemade oatmeal scrub for facial cleanser. Just take the old fashioned oats and put in a blender on high until it becomes a powder like consistency. Keep this in an airtight container and mix about a tablespoon with water to wash your face. You can also use it as a mask, leaving it on for 10 minutes. I have used nothing but oatmeal soap on my face for over 40 years and I highly recommend it, especially if you have skin problems. It got me through adult acne without scars. It balances out oiliness and also heals and softens skin. I dont do videos, so maybe someone will benefit from this recommendation. Blessings!
Wanted to do an oat milk and honey soap for a while only been soaping about 8 months and never been quite confident on how to do it. You made it look so simple! I have to give it a go now. All your videos and fab! Thank you for sharing!!
These look absolutely amazing!!! Thank you for sharing how to make the oat milk. I have been looking for a way to incorporate the oats in my oatmeal soap without adding the colloidal oats all the time.
This turned out lovely!!! Oat milk is next on my list. I have done coconut milk and almond milk and the milks make the soap so creamy and smooth. Love your videos!!!
Another beautiful soap. I love your videos.. no idle chatter or disorganized work spaces just calms my mind to be able to take in your process. Can you tell me what % of oats you used. I just have o try this. Thanks
This is absolutely amazing it truly is it makes your skin soft and clean I'm not kidding you this is beyond amazing my children like it and my mother and father my brothers and sisters yeah shared it with family they all seemed like it and I'm glad thank you so much for sharing🌺

Thanks for this! I tried oatmilk soap once before I watched this and the batter curdled so quickly. Can I ask what % of the water in lye water did you replace with oat milk that was added at trace?
@Ophelia's Soapery Thank you so much for posting this video🙏❣️ Please tell me, what's the brand and name of the Lye Solutions used in this video and exactly where did you obtain it from?
I 💜 use of oat milk (for dry skin & eczema) I cook oats first and blend pre- pack and freezer 😁. I've wanted to pre-sprout oats cook and grind. Im sure that would make a nice vitamin rich bar with less irritants. Pre-sprouts less allergies *i don't add extra water i reuse the water from the cooked oats i love adding a table spoon or two of the pureed oats at trace.
I have one using apple sauce. I can’t remember which video it is. I think it was a collab video. You would want to blend it into your oils before you add the lye water. And how ever much you use. You will want to deduct that amount from your water. So if you use 3oz of fruit. Take away 3oz of water.
Wonderful, as always!! Hi, I am a big fan of your work and you are always a big inspiration... I was thinking of making oats milk soap and wondering if I can add lye to oats milk but that didn’t work out for me, please help me what is the best way to add oats milk to the soap. Thank you!!

LibraLoo thank you! I actually wouldn’t. Not this particular recipe. It has a little too much coconut oil in it for it to be good for baby skin (in my opinion) :) But as for the oat milk. I definitely would add it to a baby soap!

Wow - this is absolutely stunning. I just love your videos. Do you mind if I ask if you gel your soaps. I am wanting to try to make a lighter milk soap such as this, but wonder if I should gel? Thank you for all that you share! Very much appreciated! :)
I’m just now watching this video. Learning how to incorporate milks in my soaps! Could I use the oat milk instead of water when I mix my lye? I have froze goats milk before and mixed it with my lye instead of water. Can I do the same thing with this ?
Hi,how beautiful soap!!❤️Is the lye combined with the oat milk? And what happened with the oats? Could it be put in the soap batter? Or some of it? How big was your batch? Sorry for this many questions! Would love this recipe for a 2-3 pounder😊Thank you!
No. In the video I add the lye water solution with some titanium dioxide to brighten the soap a little. Then after trace I add the oat milk. You can add the extra oats in the soap batter if you want. I think it was a 12 pound batch.
This looks positively delicious, thank you for sharing. May I ask, when you add your lye solution it looks milky white. Did you use the strained liquid of the oats prior to blending, or have you used another milk for your liquid. Gorgeous vid, again, thank you!
