For me, groupers tend to have more of a chew compared to snappers regardless of size. Kind of cool in a way, since big snapper I had was still softer than a small hind. Most importantly, thanks for sharing a good fishing video on the Virgin Islands! Was too young when I fished there to have kept track of the species. It’s wonderful that you could show us, especially since some of us might consider fishing there🥰🥰
