    The risk for accountability is that you'll be the last one to be paid four your work. But the downside is limited and the upside is unlimited.

    As automation takes over, and code becomes more prevalent than actual workers, won’t there be such a small portion of workers that it’s becomes increasingly more desirable in the future to have the most accountability in a company? In other words, in the past businesses required so many workers that by the time the person with all the accountability gets paid the revenue is too diluted. In the future, with no barrier to entry businesses that have little to no employees becoming more prevalent, doesn’t accountability increasingly become more beneficial and more desirable? With less risk, less downside, and more reward? If this is true, wealth inequality will only get worse, not better. The smart will rise, and the ignorant will be left at the bottom
