As a person who makes sure any green deck I build has Gaea's Blessing in case of Mill players(and self milling myself) I was very happy to see it here.
I'm excited for the longer and longer time it takes Andrew to turn around in his chair. Eventually, the game will end and then we'll be treated to a full five minutes of silence as he stares at his blank screens
@@MTGMuddstah it is a secret downside to riot barely any player knows about. I think it would have changed the outcome of this game as those everything counters make a bunch of elves and wolves.
At 2:48, urza's power plant doesn't make green mana, so Eric can't actually cast Magus of the candelabra and the Frogantua with his sole green source. He's probably too much used to have every land able to create any mana type. Given how much those two creatures were used in the game, I thought it was important.
The Drown in Dreams would have milled you for 6, not 3. I doubt it mattered much, especially because Tamiyo could have gotten that Brainsurge back from the graveyard if you needed it for lethal, but still.
How did Eric cast two green spells on turn 2 with zero green mana? Flooded Grove requires blue or green mana to filter into more blue or green. Sol Ring and Urza's land dont produce any green.
I might have missed something, but did Desmond take at least 21 damage from his own Voja when it got stolen? Because you can die to commander damage from your own commander.
The creatures with everything counters are also plants, did Eric buff them? Idk if he put the counters on the tokens only just for simplicity or he forgor
@TheMrShinanigins makes sense, with that board state you would've needed a ton of dices otherwise. I was rooting for you btw, I love Omo and especially the way you built her
im sorry to tell this but eric technically didn't have any colored mana until he had the first forest from the gargantua. his only colored source was the filter land and the land needs colored mana to filter it and he only had colorless
I apreshate having player's names, but it bugs me when genders are added. I dont need to know your gender age or where you live. Just here to see a game of magic. Apart from that, Great game. Great video.
I just think it's goofy to include pronouns when all the pronouns present are pretty obvious to how the person presents. The only time their needed is when there's someone who has specific pronouns that aren't obvious imo
@@B3A5TorSomethinghow do you know what they present as? The only person we get a facecam for is Andrew. I’ve never even heard of the name Kouzno before watching this channel I would have no idea if that’s a guy or girl
@@theaamanable I go into magic with the assumption everyone is male because it's magic 8/10 players are guys if not 9/10. If someone gives their pronouns I use them but otherwise if you don't give that information, you likely don't consider it important. So when Brad is a huge hairy guy who says his pronouns are he/him, it's redundant imo, and wouldn't be if Brad identified as they/them, in which case, I will respect that because you told me.

Haha! I hurt my ankle so I am hobbling around my chair still.
@@MTGMuddstah Love it. Hope you have a speedy recovery!
Voja here,
Mudd, watching you prep for the Couz explain was hilarious 😂
@13:55 Fun fact, Voja has haste here. When you choose haste with riot that ability is NOT until EoT.
Oh wild! We didn’t know that.
@@MTGMuddstah it is a secret downside to riot barely any player knows about. I think it would have changed the outcome of this game as those everything counters make a bunch of elves and wolves.
Was thinking the same thing. I was like why didn't he attack and win lol.
shoutout to tamyo and voja game fr
I'm just happy you're not using completely blank playmats anymore.

There's a Yavimaya out.
i liked when tamiyo cast all those knights
Avenger puts counters on all everything creatures no? Probably not enough to kill win. Good game!
Dont worry i was tracing it! the life counter was for all plant counters, and used dice (well would have used dice) if new plants mattered
The Drown in Dreams would have milled you for 6, not 3. I doubt it mattered much, especially because Tamiyo could have gotten that Brainsurge back from the graveyard if you needed it for lethal, but still.
excellent video, if possible, please share the VOJA decklist.
Tamiyo is such a fun commander!
dope win there big fella
Wouldn't Voja life link on the last turn after being stolen? I feel like the whole end would be different
shouldent the omo player gain 12 life or something form the voja?
@@lordbumus6087 i didn't realise the haste from Rhythm wasn't until end of turn, so assumed it was sick

Another comment pointed out that Yavimaya was in place so the Urza’s land could tap for a forest

I didnt know it had haste :(
I essentially did my whole turn as if Vooja didnt exist for the counters and card draw
so im always confused when Lonis enters , how is it making a clue ? It states when another nontoken creature enters, so it excludes itself, right ?
I always use dice to represent the amount. Just put in a token ahead of time.
@@Tuffbunny13 ohhh, okay that makes a lot more sense now
voja deck list ??
I like how no one had any boardwipes this game, it made the race to advance boardstates all the more thrilling
We went full timmy
Flying op please nerf lol
The creatures with everything counters are also plants, did Eric buff them? Idk if he put the counters on the tokens only just for simplicity or he forgor
He did.
I was trying not to clutter the board, so i used the spin down to keep track of all of them, and whenever new plants arrived, they got their own

Where was Eric's lifegain from Voja?
He apparently didn't realize Voja still had haste and thought it couldn't attack.
@DarkEinherjar Ah, so he didn't attack with it. Thank you for the clarification
@@D3athChain reading these comments made me realise Vooja had haste, and now im sad
There would’ve been not only the lifegain, but also Voja’s triggers from Eric’s creatures having everything counters!

If you want to reference someone, pronouns are helpful. Not that big of a deal to complain about.
If you're just here to see a game of magic, then the pronouns shouldn't bother you at all. They aren't intrusive.
