Ya know, so many of these soap actors aren't really that good at acting. But Van is really, really awesome. These scene was award-worthy all by itself.
As the world turns was a great seriesVan Hannis was great in this when he played luke he was fantastic he should have one an Emmy for his acting what a shame he did not win one and what a shame they cut the series off the tv thank goodness for TH-cam
Luke was in love with Kevin, but Kevin isn't gay. When Luke came out, Kevin turned his back on him. And hey, "As Luke Turns" is good xD Bring it to Denmark xD
So much of the Luke story I missed because this show fell apart around 2000 and it became excruciatingly painfall for me to watch on a daily basis. Oddly, this storyline was really the only interesting thing the show featured in its last decade. Hansis was brilliant in this role, and obviously Hubbard as always. For these 2 (even though nominated) to not have received emmys for their gutwrenching, realistic performances is just ludicrous.
Elizabeth and Van are so great together in scenes like these. Love them.
Let’s be honest, we ALL wish we had a grandmother like Lucinda!

Luke, You know you done did it now and that you've had it when grandma calls you by your full name--"LUCIANO!"
