That is calcium composite with sulphate. This formula absorbed the red and green colour of light which goes over it represents blue in colour when we see inside crystal water. Or in other cases this might be sulfur, this has very low chances but if that is sulfur composite than it is dangerous.

That's a really interesting scenario! The blue colour of water in a deep cave system with an ancient riverbed adds a layer of intrigue. Here's a breakdown of what could contribute to the blue hue: Mineral Content: The ancient riverbed could be rich in minerals, particularly those with blue hues. These minerals, when dissolved or suspended in the water, could contribute to its blue colour. Some examples include: Copper: Copper salts can create a vibrant blue colour in water. Cobalt: Cobalt minerals can also contribute to a blue appearance. Quartz: While not inherently blue, quartz crystals can reflect light in a way that enhances the blue hue of the water. Sedimentation: The ancient riverbed could contain fine blue-hued sediments that have settled over time. These sediments, when suspended in the water, could give it a blue tint. Cave Features: The shape of the cave, the presence of reflective surfaces like calcite formations, and the overall composition of the cave walls could all influence how light interacts with the water and contribute to its blue appearance. Biological Factors: While less likely, certain types of algae or bacteria could thrive in the unique environment of the cave and produce blue pigments that colour the water. It's important to note that the combination of these factors would likely determine the intensity and shade of the blue colour. It's a fascinating scenario that invites exploration and further investigation.
@Shivey-Caroline-7-23 carabiners should ALWAYS be loaded "up and down" which is the strongest direction. That is what's known as cross loading and it's MUCH weaker, and even worse still, it's being directly loaded at the gate itself (the springy part that opens and shuts), right where it connects to the nose of the frame, which is even weaker still. In that position it can only withstand perhaps 1/5th of the force that it is rated to take normally before it fails catastrophically which is getting deep into the danger zone of what a person can generate in a very short fall. And not only that but even if it doesn't fail, they're very unstable in that orientation meaning it could snap around violently in an instant when loaded, which could cause other issues. Even though they're unlikely to generate those kind of forces just repelling and ascending like they're doing, it's still a very bad habit to get into accepting any compromise to safety, especially when it's such a simple thing to correct If you're interested in learning more and watching some failure testing, I would recommend the howNOT2 channel
Perhaps they should have taken a water sample from this blue water well, to get a composite picture of its property and contents, for research and scientific analyses. Always good to know about the results of the region being explored!
I don't think so. Too short to be the leg bone of a human, too thick to be a fibula and too thin to be a femur or tibia. To me it looks like the fused metatarsal or metacarpal of an ungulate, or maybe the radius. My money's on it being the same deer that pelvis came from

Second, there have been sections where small, rounded stones lay on the various floors. These are rounded because water has been tumbling these over many, many years. Just awesome to see.
Blue water is probably a nice metal ion complex caused by the metal disolved into the water for example it could be a copper salt Cu(NH3)4 or CuSo4 the smell can be caused by nh3 (smell like pee) or other sulfor compounds which usually have very distinctive smell from rotten egg to garlic. I can’t be the only one who immediately saw that the bright blue water hole is shaped exactly like a silhouette of a man’s head-or even Lucifer’s head!
I think it’d be awesome to have a counter showing how many meters you’re descending in real time. I’d also love it if the video intro showed where you are-maybe a quick view from Google Earth or Google Maps.
I probably wouldn't be able to get outta that hole because I would've been picking up all the pretty rocks the whole time I was down there! Degummit, I really miss some tall repels! That was an amazing experience to feed my adrenaline chasing needs!!
I think a lot of us would feel a lot better if you just drop the money into a high-quality air tester. I don’t even know what it’s called, but I’ve seen other people with them. You could probably get your subscribers to finance one, I know I’d throw in. There’s definitely risk involved in what you’re doing and I’m not trying to negate all that risk. Just keep you alive.
They don't do well with all the water they go through. Maybe they could keep one in their dry bag, but it doesn't do them any good in there. Plus, when they get into the really tight places where they begin worrying about the air, they've usually abandoned their bag by then anyway. Its a good idea that just wouldn't ever get implemented in practice.
Love your vids and want you to be safe bro. At 1:40 your carabiner is not hanging right. They can take load like that but at a much smaller fraction of what it can take in the regular orientation. Don’t listen to me, just look it up on the manufacturer’s website or in the instructions. I don’t wanna see you hurt. You already take chances that give me nightmares. Keep it up and take care.
From the looks of the terrain. The blue hole , is a big sapphire rock. There's a lot of minerals to point to a deposit , and the deep black...20:30... hole, where submerged cave openings. Hard to guess, but looked really intense. Too much to test a previous video, with the carved face and insignia, people explored these caves ago. Also surprised to see smooth slabs, perfect walking tunnels and big rooms so far . People would dig a shaft just to dig it up.
Your bravery is outstanding but is as scary to me as a scary movie!! You could probably make good money selling the rights to your videos to some movie producers!! Also, its too bad you didnt have a syringe or turkey baster thing with you to grab a sample of that freaky blue stuff. I would have loved a follow-up video on the analyses of it.

Look up "chemocline" and see that visible blue mineral deposit middle of water @22:00. Probably copper sulfate which explains the bad smell / air. He needs to take a 4x gas monitor because it is deadly if breathing it long enough.
I need oxygen while watching this episode! Wowzers!
Thank you! Very well done video, and the cave is also cool!..I have been caving for many years, in our part of Central Europe there are also many water shaft caves...I wish you many more beautiful caving! : T.Richard.👍👍👍
That system kept going on for ever. Great Work 👍 Thank you for sharing with us 🙏 God Bless
a truly beautiful spectacle of nature I live near the Frasassi caves in Italy I think you have heard of them they are famous throughout the world, well done and congratulations for the video
I can’t be the only one who immediately saw that the bright blue water hole is shaped exactly like a silhouette of a man’s head-or even Lucifer’s head!
Yep, like a warning that men shouldn't venture farther... hence the voice
Just the fact you guys manage to find your way back out is mind blowing! Great content though mate! Stay safe 💪🏻
We have a beautiful underworld!
This is one of the coolest caves ever. So smooth so beautiful so old ❤
So beautiful! However part's send my anxiety through the roof lol.
I think it’d be awesome to have a counter showing how many meters you’re descending in real time. I’d also love it if the video intro showed where you are-maybe a quick view from Google Earth or Google Maps.
@22:15 Copper sulfate?
Danke für reinstellen der videos. Wunder schön dort ihr hapt bestimt richtig genossen! ❤
It takes millions of years for stalactites to form. That is amazing.
Y'all be some Goonies. That was incredible 🤍
Not a skull. It's a pelvis bone. Looks like maybe a deer pelvis
Balls of steel crawling through this stuff. I get anxiety super bad watching these but I can't stop cause they find such amazing things!
We really didn't notice it was like that
That unexplored section with the blue hole was nuts bro. Really all of the cave after you went alone was stunning… you had me concerned though…
Look up "chemocline" and copper sulfate. Visible in mineral depost @22:00. Hydrogen sulfide toxic gas explains the smell / bad air.
Think you made the right decision turning back. I have a feeling that something very very creepy is in that cave
Very cool. I'm claustrophobic, so this is the only way that I would get to see this. Many thanks!
That's where the blue man group live.
Blue demons... UN color... no cowinkadink
Thank you. I cannot do that any more and you have some spectacular video and locations! Tip: Take some hard butterscotch candy with you. Quick sugar for energy and to warm you up after hours in the cold and wet. One of my 'secrets' to pass along to this new generation. Be safe!
Dang,, how long were you exploring alone??
Lol to the camerawork on the cross loaded carabiner. I know it wouldn't break just rappelling on it but the bass string pluck on the rope got me 😂. Awesome adventure in a beautiful cave!
That canyon y’all crawled over at 10:00 was super scary
I really tried to find a logical reason why anyone would go down underground like that in the first place considering all the accidents that have taken place. God bless you, man.
2:23 Just chilling like a bat on the wall.
I really like this shot.
Down into the belly of the earth. Its crazy how far down water really runs. Pretty bold to go in some of those areas though, especially alone. 😮.
21:10
Dudes having a whole argument with that voice in his head. 😂
well hydrogen sulfide gas does start to impair judgement and cause confusion so...
Will you ever return to this cave with company again? Would love to see you push further past the blue hole
that's what papa smurf said
Finds amysterious blue hole... Walks past like it's a homeless man
Yep. Mentally deficient.
gotta watch out for those floor portals
That was amazing!! Former MMV caver. Thank you for sharing this.
Yeah, even when I'm with friends and family I still feel alone
It wasn't clickbait if that was sarcastic he literally went into the blue hole area alone 😂. Which is insane
Fantastic adventure! I love caves. I love rocks and minerals. As you explore, my eyes catch so many interesting rocks. The beauty of the formations are breathtaking. Thank you so much for sharing this with us all! 🥰🥰
Love you adventures. Dude pushes it alone.
