@@AwkwardDuck14 Co-op stalker Exists (sort of). "Stay Out" is a Free to Play Stalker-like game, downloadable on Steam. Not the same developer thats for sure. But yes, the multiplayer makes resources scarce sometimes. not to mention crazy micro transaction.

It would be nice if they also develop a co-op mode. It would be interesting if they also put in proximity voice chat, the experience would be so pleasant. I can't wait for S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2

After a loong hard noisy day,killing and getting killed by mobs and bandits who always scared you shouting "а нууу чики брики ив дамке" but make a little smile on your face because it remembers you those memes on brothethood of cheeki breeki You finnaly found that relaxing camp with a sweet orange fire and a group of loners squating with heals on ground and a guitar Player who plays such a deep music that reminds you the days before the chernobyl desaster... suddenly you remember your duty and you must go To the zone and fight those creatures again,so you leave that hot camp-fire To survive another day...
Imao I don’t know many songs on guitar but soon my empty repertoire will be filled by majority with stalker and metro songs, yet I have played neither game yet. The music will have to do for now…

Well I'm don't like my current so if there was possibility for S.T.A.L.K.E.R to become true I would go if I die, I die but if I survive will live a better life than the one I currently have, even tho I'm just a 16 year old polish guy learning russian I would go and maybe take with me and make there some friends.

Sometimes, game part becomes an art connecting to you in some strange but beautiful way. Like the first time you sat down by the camp fire, in the middle of caotic zone, to listen to a guy play a guitar. It's sort of like a first cigarette or beer when you really relaxed and just enjoyed a moment.
I just to get together with a bunch of fellow stalkers gather round a campfire have someone playing these songs on an acoustic guitar and we all reminis on our journeys through the zone
Which game was 7:20 from? Or was it Complete Mod? I'm curious cause I haven't heard Viktor Tsoi in game yet I have played all parts about a dozen times and Complete about 2-3
i was in army warehouses in CS and a fight between some freedom and duty broke out, the duty were well protected and the Freedom guys were shredded. Another Freedom group came and for some bug some guitar tune started (with also vocals, it was Прогулка по одессе, even though i dont understand the lyrics the sound was so fitting ). I followed the group marching among their comrades corpses towards death, like i was some sort of journalist. They were also gunned down. Got me thinking about how pointless war is, shooting eachother while the zone literally want to eat you alive all the time. Freedom the dudes with their naïveness and duty with their bluntness... (Then of course i took that sweet sweet loot OwO)

Here some campfire STALKER story: And I remember this: So we're going to clear out a monolith checkpoint. There were about seven of us. Rusty sat on a hill with a sniper rifle, Chizhik, Bolt and I were the main attacking group. The rest attacked from the rear. First we threw a grenade, then fired machine guns. The Monolithists were destroyed in about five minutes. While checking the checkpoint, we found a tunnel and entered it. There was a Monolithist there. He ran up to the control panel and pressed some button. A large steel door opened and a huge bloodsucker came out. Well, we hit him with grenade launchers, but this creature wasn't even immobilized, only deprived of a hand. The bloodsucker pierced Chizhik with his other hand and we fired machine guns. The bloodsucker made a quick sprint and pierced Bolt, looked menacingly at me and ran in my direction. But he didn't manage to reach me. Our second group immediately fired grenade launchers at his legs. The rockets tore the bloodsucker's legs apart, but the acidic blood drenched our group. Everyone died instantly. I was on the other side and escaped this fate. I immediately emptied the entire magazine of my machine gun into this creature. No wonder it killed him. When I went outside, Rusty met me and we went to the base. Oh yeah, we grabbed the feeler of this bloodsucker and now this big trophy weighs 100 roentgen in the bar. I was promoted to lieutenant and Rusty went north. I never saw him again.
I would be perfectly fine if Metro 2033 and its sequels and novels, was in the same universe as the STALKER games. The people of the Metro have fled underground while those who were armed quickly and could hide very well became stalkers of the chernobyl, pripyat and etc areas.
Stalker is just a bunch of dudes that are like “We’re gonna get so fucking rich from this deadly bullshit”. Metro is like “The world is gone, my friends are gone, government is gone, and I can’t step foot outside without dying”.
