I've had my Revv1 for about eight months now, and I love it. I don't get to ride it that much because I recently had back surgery. The only complaint that I have is my butt hurts a little after I ride it for a while, but I'm looking at changing the seat.😊
So I've had my Revv1 for almost a year with zero issues. The front suspension is not so great, but I ride on the road 99 percent of the time. Since I added my second battery, I easily get between 36-38mph every time. So I do notice when I only ride with the stock battery, my speed is right around 33-34mph. I'm 6'1" 255lbs. I love my Revv1 and would recommend it to anyone. Trust me, add the second battery, it's a game changer. I bought a powerful lithium, 55amp hour pack that fits inside the cage.
@@barndoorgolf I have never done a range test, but I ride to work and back home for a total of 22 miles an only lose 4 volts. So that's like 25% loss. So I would guess I could easily get 60+ miles of throttle only riding. I just never needed to go that far on a single ride.
@@rapidtransition2852 my battery is an aftermarket pack that I bought from powerful lithium. It's very expensive though. You can find a much cheaper battery pack that will give you similar results. The powerful lithium battery just allows me to upgrade my bike in the future because it has a 190 amp bms built-in. That way I can get a high powered motor kit if I choose to that would be able to support that motor kit. I hope that makes sense
I'm 60 and very seriously considering it. My only concern is even though I'm very active my hips are starting to act up a little and not sure about throwing my leg over. Ive got 32in inseam.
Nice work on the new video. Keep up the good hard work. I still think that bike is underpowered. They literally have that same 750 watt motor on the Ride 1 up LMT'D. That bike hauls ass because it's like half the weight of this bike with the same motor. So my two cents is if you want a moped style e bike, don't get the moped style e bike unless it has the power like 1500 or 3000 watts like the Lyric Graffiti. The weight of these style bikes is the punishment so you might as well have the power I say. The LMT"D is maybe my favorite e bike and I own 3, a specialized and the Ride 1 Up Prodigy XC
You didn't mention the usb port located under the main control power switch. Activate it by pressing the m button and it will charge any usb decive connected like a phone or lights.
I really wanted this ebike however they don't ship it to Canada. So I went with the Raev GTX instead, which is from a Chinese company so the customer service is definitely lacking. However so far it's been an awesome bike that looks extremely cool, really comfy, and stable. I've been hitting 35mph/57km just cruising. Really hope it lasts though. My last ebike was a voltbike and I rode that thing everyday pretty much for the past 3 years and it's still going with only a tire tube change 😆
Do you have a video on the hi keep electric bike I know they or different brands but I was wondering how I could upgrade my bike I watch your content allot
Hey I did all my research know what I want and this bike has it. One of my main concerns is customer service & support. I also wish it could be ordered with two batteries like the competition. Now what color do I order Big decision lol Excellent tutorial.
They’re local with great customer service, they also use a freight company to hand deliver the bike. You can order the bike with an extra battery from their accessories section. Remember to buy the battery balancer.🤜🏼🤛🏼
Nice bike. Good channel. But sucks that over half of these E-bike companies don't, can’t, won’t ship to Canada. I went to your link but yet another company that don't ship this model to Canada. Have a Billy Goat V3 coming, picked it up from PaceBike in Ontario. I would like to add a few of these bikes to my collection. It sucks that even a so called Canadian company “Lyr**” based out of British Columbia ships out of California and charge all the *BS* fees.
Yo bro, keep the good videos coming, I really like the way you do your reviews. Looks beautiful up there where you live for riding bikes I’m from New York. I can get kind of hectic here but it’s still fine anyways do you know how to get the second battery into the compartment on the rev one I bought the red one I got the rack. I got the compartment which I think looks awesome but I got the second battery with the blender and I can’t get it to fit. I’ve tried everything. Do you know any tricks to it or am I gonna have to just get another battery that fits? Let me know if you got an answer to that thank you man one
Yo bro, what’s up? Thank you for the message. OK so now I installed it with a block of wood an inch and a half in height exactly I tried using eight washers like Gary from the Ebike channel did it but he did not use the stock battery or the battery blender from rev one. I got the 50% off and did get it to fit so if people ask, it’s an inch and a half height and you have to face the pins towards the back when you put the battery slide back in. I’ll try the other way. It’s not gonna work. I wrapped around the piece of wood that card adhesive that comes in rolls. It looks like carbon fiber looks nice. I actually got the idea from Gary.. I’ll send you some pics if you want. Tell me where.
You should see the analytics… I get that it goes a little faster but is a bit more pricey. The batches have also been selling out and people don’t like to wait…
Motor Goat v3 and Power Goat v2 . Don't forget about those. Idk what this guy is talking about, the Revv1 is definitely a cool bike, but most likely, a part of the contract to say this bike is "most popular" to get it for free.
@StudMonkey89 If you swap out the gas tank battery on the MGv3 it would look like a Super73, which is what the REVV1 looks like, except it has a bend on the back part of the frame.
Trust me i was tested C3STROM ASTRO DELUXE, also Segway xyber they are top class Best suspension also breaking system is best of best... Im agree with you front fork rav is not good... I'll hope you test soon C3STROM ASTRO DELUXE and Segway xyber...
Can’t wait to ride those bikes too! Segway reached out to me and wants me to be part of their crowdfunding campaign for the Xyber bike. When the bike is ready…
Love the Ride 1 up Revv1 super sick bike I have people asking me about it everywhere I go I have the DRT version awesome company too with great customer service 👍👍👍
When you have to pay another grand to get this bike to the same level as other will known bikes in the price range, it starts to not be so popular. The only reason they have more sales is because it has been out longer. Give the Goat Power Bikes, E-Cells, and others time to catch up, and they will easily pass this bike.
@thebikecave Nice, yea, you will love it. I will say this, as a review guy, I'm sure you have at least 3/4/5 bikes in line to make videos for, just make sure you do a once over on ALL the bolts on the bike. I personally have only found that the bolts on the sides, right above the Goat logo, by the seat, that don't compromise anything, were loose.. but I've seen posts in the FB group I'm in of people saying they found other bolts loose. Better safe than sorry, ya know, and it takes all of 20 minutes.. Other than that, a new seat, for me anyway, I'm pushing 300lbs and I'm good. I'm still hitting 43 at my weight. The bike is very capable.
My 53$ Suntour XCM 30s have a reverse spring so that exact top out clunking doesnt happen. They are only 100mm travel and so much more premium. Thats why I dont fall for china bikes with double crown forks. Just get quality MTB parts and make your own bike.,
Trying my best to show the good and talk about where the bikes could be better… With a bike like this, not much wrong with it other than the front fork imo.
I didn’t know about the front fork situation until this review. So, I am going to figure in swapping out the hydraulic shock for an air shock. Just because of this review.

A used Onyx CTY2 not only gets you 60V, but it’ll top out at 50mph. The same can be said for a new goat powerbike.
You may go faster, but you're not gonna go very far at that speed on a 20ah battery.
Onyx is completely out of business 😂
I was definitely torn between this, the Ghost Cat, and the MGv3. But I went with the Goat
Goat costs a little more but it’s a way faster bike with better suspension imo.
👍
Glad to see they embraced it as a throttle bike, with the single speed and short crank setup. The moped style bikes with multiple speeds are comical.
Agreed!

Can you review the MOLO 5 72V 50ah ?
I’ll do my best….
Can you test on the ghostcat f3X compared to the Revv 1 drt
Doing my best to get all the most popular bikes in for review…🤜🏼🤛🏼
The drt is th best version!!
Not if you’re just riding on the street… I’d get this one over the DRT.
What's the carry load capacity? In pounds. 350 + here wondering how much it's cap is.
350lbs
I'm look at a different bike with 20" wheels and finding a good fork is hard.
It is… good forks are hard to find.
Not convinced I should give up 10 mph by passing up a Billy Goat V3. That Revv1 is nice and has good features but.. 10 mph?
Yeah I know… The goats are hard to beat…💪🏻
The rear suspension is made in Taiwan. Which is why it feels premium compared to the rest of the chinese bike.
Can you buy it in the UK?
Not sure sorry
3:50 u ran that stop sign thing won't stop😅
🚓🚓🚓
do you think the fork was doing that because it wasn't dialed in properly?
Not much to “dial in”… All it has is pre-load and lock-out.
What is the range?
About 30ish miles with the single battery (throttle only)
no way near the most popular...GOAT blows it out in performance and sales.

Lol… I’ll be releasing the goat review just before Black Friday.😉
Can this last me through the whole day I'm looking for long lasting ebike with a long battery life where I don't have to charge it too much
Not stock but with the second battery kit they sell yes.
