Boss order:
Clown Man - Tornado Hold
Grenade Man - Thunder Claw
Frost Man - Flash Bomb
Tengu Man - Frost Wave
Sword Man - Water Balloon
Search Man - Flame Sword
Astro Man - Homing Sniper
Aqua Man - Astro Crush
Drop Penguin - Mega Ball

Slime Man - Flash Bomb / Thunder Claw

Note:
1. Claw Crab takes more damage with Mega Balls even when exposed so no need to use the buster
2. Grenade Man’s straight Flash Bomb can be deflected with Thunder Claw, which will stop his track temporarily
3. Burning Search Man’s bush will stunlock him, making slaughtering him with Flame Sword even more effective.
Claw Crab also goes down to Astro Crush in one use, the only boss to get one shot in the Classic games (Noise Crush exploit aside). It’s only really useful to know if you revisit the intro stage for Bolt cleanup and don’t have the Exit Parts.

@@krausr79 Normal isn’t the intended difficulty. Difficult is. Normal outside of Japan is Easy in Japan, and Difficult is their Normal.
even if he tries to kill you, just look at Frost Man! he is just crying there while you are nuking him, poor thing
The Point of using *Flame Sword* on Wily 1 is that when the pod opens it's mouth to charge a Laser, Mega Man UPERCUTS when using the sword on the ground.
This motion will close the pod's mouth an cancel the laser charge.
Just to let you know on Tengu Man you have three ways to hit him. When he casts Tornado Hold, dashes to the ground or fires his wind sphere. On Frost Man just keep firing non stop Flash Bomb on him, doing this you will leave no room for him to attack.

Who found Tengu Man the easiest robot master to defeat whit only the Buster?
I mean he takes more damage from the buster than any other boss, kinda like Cut Man in that regard.
Weakness reasons
The crab: He’s Weak to balls since they can knock off his cap and I think the devs just wanted Megaball to be somewhat useful somewhere
Tengu man: besides the HORRIBLE IDEA OF HAVING THE FLYING RM BE WEAK TO THE GROUNDED WEAPON this guy there’s an actual reason. Because Ice Can Freeze Birds wings and Propellers.
Frostman: Ice doesn’t like being exploded. And also explosions have FIRE!
Clown man: The Tornados can Twist his arms around himself
Grenade man: Thunder claw can reflect Bombs and also electricity is basically fire too. And bombs and fire don’t mix…
Aqua man: his glass can be broken by stuff like rocks. And asteroids are basically bigger rocks.
Astro man: I think they just wanted a homing weapon target.
Search man: because he has stuff like missiles inside him which are BOMBS and plus he hides in leaves which would probably leave some plant stuff on him. He would be really Flammable.
Sword man: Water Puts out fire. Do I need to say more?
Penguin bell: They probably just wanted another mega ball target
Flying airship: Astroids can Strike down Flying things including Airships.
Bass and Treble: For the Megabuster idk. But The tornado hold makes sense because he is a flying enemy and flying creatures can be knocked off course by the wind.
Green Devil: Having a Big flash in your eye is probably gonna blind you especially if you just have one big eye. And both flash grenade and thunder claw have Some sort of Flashing element.
Wily machine 8: Idk why he is weak to Flame sword or flash grenade they are not even the worst weapons like usual.
The crab is extremely allergic to Astro Crush. One shot one kill.
As for Frost Man’s weakness, it’s tied to a phenomenon called Snow Glare which happens when the sun reflects off of the snow, being similar to staring directly at the sun. That’s why Frost Man sometimes shields his eyes and rubs them to regain his vision as he recovers from the sudden flash. That said, his secondary weakness is Flame Sword so the whole thing about Fire against Ice holds up (not that that’s consistent with Mega Man since Ice Man/Fire Man and Tundra Man/Torch Man are two counterexamples)
Astro Man’s whole thing is trying to hide and stay out of reach, so what better way to deal with that than a weapon that can track him wherever he goes?
Burning bush search man is behind stuns him. Hitting sword man with water balloon while he does his fire vortex stuns himel and pushing flash bomb back at gernade man with thunder claw will stin him

I've recently learned, that astro man also has a weakness to flash grenade
So the first 4 cycle uponthemselves

but the two weakness cycles have a link
