I tried one dish (Navratan Korma.)after buying 8 dishes. Third-class item sold by ITC. No desired taste and some unpleasant smell/taste. Better to get packed from nearby known restaurants to get a good quantity & tasty food and it is worth even paying up to double the price of ITC. Talked to customer care, and they say no return & refund policy. Don't trust good reviews blindly, buy only one item if you want to try.
