    We have all been there. At one point or another, we all question whether or not we are doing good enough, making enough money, or if we are going to be successful enough.
    We doubt about decisions and choices or simply feel “I am just not good enough.”
    This is self-doubt. Self-doubt occurs when we lack confidence or feel incapable of doing things we need to do.
    A certain level of self-doubt is good because it indicates you understand what you need to improve in order to do a better job. However, persistent fear and self-doubt can hugely affect your life, in a bad way.
    But you don’t have to live that way. You don’t have to let fear or self-doubt dictate how you lead your personal or professional life.
    People who are afraid to fail never move forward or grow. But the more you push yourself, the more you'll realize what you are capable of. Eventually, you may even be able to reverse the negative effects of self-doubt and use it to challenge your limitations and achieve greatness.
    So, what can you do to overcome fear and self-doubt and be confident again no matter how tough things go?
