1) We are used to seeing cuffs on knitted sweaters and sweatshirts in the form of elastic. But if you show your imagination, this piece of clothing will become the main decoration. To do this, we cut out the cuffs with an allowance of 2-3 cm. We position the fabric so that it stretches across the width of the sleeve.
Draw parallel lines at a distance of 2 cm from each other. Then we fold the fabric along the line and stitch it, stepping back from the edge 1 mm, to create tucks.

For the next row, glue 4 ribbons and stitch along the edge in the same way.
As a result, all lines are perfectly straight.
3) Perfect cut.
We sew the edges of the fabric where the cut will be. We turn the bottom of the product 5 cm to the front side.
Fold the edge down 1 cm and sew the folds. For convenience, you can use a strip of cardboard 4 cm wide.
We turn out the cuffs.
We connect both parts, align the bottom, stitch without reaching the cut.
All seams are smoothed and stitched.
