Good heavens, this speaks volumes about Kawasaki. I told a friend in Maine about this and he told me about the issues they are having there too. Makes me wonder if Kawasaki has some management or money problems. One thing is for certain they should have a brand new machine sitting in your driveway yesterday. Shame on you, Kawasaki!
I am in awe right now. As a fellow sxs owner I just can not imagine going through this. I have owned 3 different sxs brands and have never had a issue like this. I have had issues before going on rides and have called the dealer to see if they could help out and they would go out of their way to make sure I made the trip. I will always buy my stuff from this dealer just because of the customer service. I just cannot believe you making so many trips to dealer and most of all having to purchase another sxs for your trip. How long was this machine in the shop compared to the time you was able to enjoy it ? These machines and accessories are not cheap. The Kawasaki was on my list to get, but I do not see that happening in the future. It sounds like you purchased a lemon and they are not standing by their product. To top it off you had the extended warranty or whatever they call it. Sounds like you have patience and tried to do everything you should have done. I hope this gets out there to people looking to get into a new ride. Customer service is always a priority. I really hope they make it right with you. Best of luck.
What a terrible experience with Kawasaki. It's an obvious lemon, only 20 miles on the machine when the troubles began. Several people have asked me for advice on purchasing a new SXS and I've been sharing your story and steering them away from the KRX and Kawasaki in general.
Roger, that is an absolute shame. There would be a huge difference if this was your first issue out of this machine. This thing has spent way more time in the shop than it has underneath you. I hope they do the right thing.
I bought two SxSs this year, and I never looked at the Kawasaki just due to the way Mr. Dawson was treated. #Kawasaki. The sad thing is I owned Kawasaki's in the past but never in the future!
What a terrible experience. It's reasonable to have a few minor things fail but not the cooling system. Once the cooling system fails, engine failure is never far behind. It seems clear that Kawasaki should replace your engine at a minimum since it's still under the extended warranty. If/when they do, I would figure out a way to know if that fuse blows again. Some kind of backup system. Good luck with it.
I can’t understand how Kawasaki can not make this right! With all the documentation of the list of problems you’ve had from basically day one. Apparently they don’t stand behind their product when it comes right down to it. A lemons a lemon. They should make it right!!!
I have ridden for years with you and had many brands myself. For a company to not be willing to accept responsibility #kawasaki is almost unheard of. If a machine has had this many issues at some point the manufacturer would want it off the trail. I agree the radiator was not the issue. I am curious if they stand behind the product and assume they would and just eat this machine. Shame on Kawasaki and they are no longer on my list to buy or recommend!
#Kawasaki , doesn’t even sound like the guys making the denial claim are even understanding the issue or listening to the dealer! Sounds like they just don’t want to stand by their product. I’ll make sure all my friends see this. Hard to believe it’s been in the shop a year and you had to buy another machine to take on your trip. And all along they’ve dragged their feet in just making it right and replacing the engine. They are hoping to tire you out so you’ll drop it but stand strong and keep pushing, Kaw corp is wrong on this one. They’d know this if they did their due diligence and read all the claim forms in order and really injected what was in them. Good luck Roger!! Oh, I noticed in the end paperwork they didn’t even get your name correct, SMH. #kawasakicorp #kawasakidobetter #kawasakimakeitright
As of today, nothing new . The lawyer i talked with said I should go through the arbitration process. I contacted the American Arbitration Association. I have to give them some money and then inform kawasaki that I am going through arbitration and then it will be some more money and sit back and wait.
This is scary I have jetski with an extended warranty so if your warranty is void because of mud, is my jetski warranty going to be void because of water. This is crazy

KAWASAKI needs to make this right.
What a way to treat a customer...

Nailed it dude hope that opens kawasaki eyes
As a former Kawasaki owner, I can't believe this is happening to you. Terrible customer service!

Kawasaki needs held responsible for this!! @kawasaki we are paying attention this this thread. Do the right thing.
Kawasaki needs to take 100% care of this. Do better Kawasaki!!
Absolutely terrible! Kawasaki should make this right. Terrible customer service the machine has had one problem after another.

What a mess. Makes one never want to have to deal with Kawasaki.

Kawasaki has really dropped the ball on this one.
Glad I didn't buy a Kawasaki. That sucks hopefully they make it right.
Shame to by a new machine and have major trouble even a bigger shame the people that built it will not back it up

I know what I’m not buying next month….. or ever🤮 they need to make this right.
I hope they do the right thing and replace your machine. Why offer a warranty if you don't stand by it? Sounds like you definitely got a lemon. 😢
Kawasaki should be honorable and buy you out of this and/or just replace. Ridiculous. I think you have a legit legal case against them!!!
