CORRECTION: In the video I say you only have "1 minute" to use Investigate after a Rival touches something, that number was actually updated to be "150 seconds" a few months ago!
Smth I feel worth mentioning about the dreaded Wiggle™ in a future refresh vid is that it can also be caused by trying to adjust your pathing by briefly pressing A or D while holding W. This is a pretty natural movement in most FPS games, so players with experience in other games will do it without thinking. But since your cover faces where you're going rather than where you're looking, this will cause your disguise to swerve around wildly to any observers.
I actually play a LOT of Cav (I have her at Mastery rn while I work through everyone else) and I completely forgot that I can use E1 past the first couple of seconds whenever I find some stuff to investigate, like you did with that Hans. Thank you for the tip!!! Been binging your content and enjoying it a LOT lately.
Yes! He did a great job changing the fight to his advantage, running to the closed off zone was better for his shotgun, honestly what I should of done was run all the way to the opposite side of the diamond area he was in, to avoid bouncing in right next to him like I did
13:53 oh hey thats me 😅i decided to come back to the game recently so i really had no idea on what to do lol. dont feel too bad you do what you gotta do for content. also yes i was using E1
Really cool tip about the the Cav passive, had no idea you could do that; I mainly use the slow kick. One way I use the Expertise 1 is if I'm suspicious of an NPC I can tail them for a bit and use the Expertise to see if anything lights up while they're traveling. I don't have to click on the glow since it's obvious at this point who it is.
hey i was the guy aking about the chavez equipment and just wannted to ask whats a good 1v1 agent is besides sq or cv? (im on controller so maybe someone with not that of a perfect aim)
Right now the best agents are probably Squire (3-2-3), Ace (1-1-2) and Shotgun Red (3-2-1). This doesn't necessary mean they're the best agents for 1v1s, but I'm not sure I have an answer for that.
on your early hp decks you put health on your 2nd slot but it goes 5/7/10/12/15 meaning you loose 1 health putting it in your 2nd or 4th slot since it rounds down making it less valuable then having it on your grey
Don't really play any trios, so hopefully another commenter can let you know. But I do know it is a lot more "deathmatch" than solos, so being good in fights is much more important
Love these basics refresh. I found Cav's expertise to be pretty useless because of the 1 minute timer, and the size of the maps. You have to completely devote yourself to finding other players, not playing the regular game; and it's just not something most people are going to be able to do effectively.
Its worth hitting the E when you go in new rooms, and just acting on the info if they are close enough, but I do agree this expertise changes how you play significantly if you want to get good value out of it. However, Cav's E2 is quite good. Just set it down on any door to the room you're in and you get to know if someone is coming in after you, and you can move it quickly
It depends on if you're willing to play differently than you normally would, sometimes I enjoy running around the map looking for clues. It's definitely a different and aggressive playstyle compared to the other characters

That moment when you’re tracing your tracer and it becomes a game of 3 dimensional chess

That Hans played really well despite not starting the fight tbh

Huh, 11:00 was a weird artifact glitch
Huh, I don't know if that was the game or the video render doing that, I'll have to keep an eye out
What do u guys think best agents are for trios
