Yes I was like so like in the movie you know what I’m saying? I could feel the energy and like what the message was supposed to be. It genuinely touched my soul, plus it’s from Colson so I had to watch it. Overall it was definitely a good movie when you want to feel all these crazy emotions.

I truly love how honest and genuine he is. People made fun of my last name so much growing up in a similar way lol.
His cinnamon roll reaction was me a few weeks ago- my MIL had never had a homemade cinnamon roll till I made her some, so now she asks me to make them because they’re her favorite. My FIL wasn’t well so I decided to bake a batch at their house and used their flour (not knowing my FIL had mixed flours in the same canister) and couldn’t figure out why my dough wasn’t working out right and I was SO upset they weren’t perfect.Well, my MIL was Megan in the situation 😂 I’m still sitting in shame and it haunts me that everyone ate and loved my awful cinnamon rolls. I felt that story in my soul 🤣

I know this interview is about Colson Baker, and I love MGK. I think he's very talented and personable guy. But Jimmy seems like such a kind and thoughtful man to say he understands how Colson felt about being teased.
I think Jimmy's joke "at least it was human food" was in good taste, totally with you, but it's so important for a host to make a guest feel comfortable, and I just didn't get that vibe from the majority of this interview. Maybe I just wanted more from Colson since he's been out of my radar for awhile, but sometimes I do find myself cringing a bit at Kimmel's interview style

I have no idea who he is, but every time he's being interviewed on a late night show and it crosses my path, I watch, because he's so charming (but not a-hole creepy "take your gf away from you" charming, I can't stand those types), so down to Earth, and so funny, I watch. I still haven't listened to his music or seen any of his movies, doubt I'll get around to it, but he reminds me of a young Duff McKagen, which I think is why I watch haha. Just takes me back. He's like right out of the 80s or something.

Everytime MGK goes to this shows we already know how it's gonna be, all you have to ask him is about an engagement that the whole world is already so overload with . He barely wanted to talk about it, the way he made it all about cinnamon rolls, says everything. There are so much to talk when you're talking to an active artist like him, but always the same thing. That's why sometimes he's so tiring of interviews
Hi there.. you do know that the topics to be discussed on these shows are pre-approved with the interviewee? The makers just don't prepare the questions on set impromptu. A clear example was when he was explaining the cinnamon roll story & how he said Megan didn't want that to be brought up. They had pictures of him from AMAs to speak about etc. So he knew the topics being discussed and gave his consent beforehand. All these shows have a script and they don't ask their guests random things they don't want to talk about, so you probably have to direct this complaint to MGK or his team.
P.S. : Actually ironic that you say 'he barely wanted to talk about it' coz that was the only section of the interview where he genuinely looked excited to talk.
