You're playing in 330ap+ territory, so brackets are usually 3 hidden AP per 5 sheet AP. This means that the direct comparison for 2 Pen Distos (42 sheet AP) would be 1 Sep, 1 Oct Kharazad (37 sheet AP, +5 hidden AP (+8 from Kharazad crystals, -3 from losing exactly one bracket). This will be the exact same total AP as Pen Distos, for the vast majority of players over 316 AP.
The benefit of Distos in this equal-AP comparison is cost. 2 Pen Distos is about 65b currently, 1 Sep + 1 Oct Kharazad is around 200b on average. A massive saving if you go Distos.
The obvious benefit of Kharazad is that for that 135b extra, you get 10 sheet DP (and 200 stam but whatever). 135b for 10 sheet DP is nothing to scoff at, thats roughly the same as 3x Tri->Tet Armor upgrades, which is more expensive.
The other huge benefit of Kharazad is that you aren't limited to 1 Sep + 1 Oct, and anything higher than this will just flat-out give more total AP than pen Distos. The ceiling is higher.
And the third benefit of Kharazad is for building Eva, DR, or Acc meme builds for PVP, or 200% BSR builds, but thats not a consideration for most players.

One thing that I would add to this, if you compare 2 pen kharazad earrings and 2 pen distos, you're losing 8 sheet ap.
8 sheet ap, after 316 bracket, gives you at most 6 hidden ap if you manage to hit 2 brackets. That makes it 14 hidden ap difference, but since kharazad gives you 2 extra crystal slots, +4 hidden ap each, the actual difference is only 6 hidden ap.
On average, making pen kharazad will cost you 17-18 bil? Which means the extra 6 hidden ap from distos costs you 28bil (if you buy distos for 32bil of the market).
For pvp you could argue they have bit more value because you can equip accuracy acessory crystals and maintain higher ap brackets while paying only 5dp.
i think pen distos are great for players at 290-301ap, who look at upgrades currently and have the silver (unlikely, but not impossible). Although if you go for greatest value, tri/tet karazad is basicly free and has 16ap. i feel like exchanging tet debo for pen karazad earrings is not a great move vs tet disto. unless you already plan for sep-nov enhancing, it has little value. the rest of the slots with karazad are definitly a priority over earrings
@mauriceelet6376 yep, feels like people misunderstood the 4ap crystals as pure ap and not passive ap. Till 309 ap brackets are more then 4 each.
I stayed in the same 334 ap bracket with full set of new accessories but got the 5 more DP, had to enhance one of the rings to VI but still
I dont agree with this move I sold 3 tet debos last night after market fees I had roughly 90-100b to work with I melted my jentias and my tet disto won't sell. This gave me enough silver get 2 pen kharazad earrings, 1 pen kharazad ring 1 hex kharazad ring, 1 hex kharazad amulet, 1 hex kharazad belt. I also had enough silver left to buy all 6 combo cups when I had 0 cups at all and all 6 of my jin crystals. I'm at 3 attempts on my pen kharazad ring aswell to make it my 4th hex. I'm now broke but if I would have bought the 2 pen distos like u did I wouldn't have any of these. All my kharazad I started from base and it cost me like 5-7b each to make from base to pen. I was shocked at how easy it was to get to pen that I was able to get all these cups and crystals and 3 hex! Guys do not convert ur tets to pen kharazads sell the tets and make the kharazads your self. Also sure you can blow 60 bill on pen distos but with that money u could make up the ap lose from upgraded ur other kharazads and the 8ap u get from the crystals
I guess I did not do a good job in this video that allot of people miss the point - Rest of the accessories to move to karazad is great. But missing on the cheap distos to push 0-309 early brackets is awesome. So You can have 4 karazads BUT for earrings tet distos / pen distos (depending on ur dp / budget)
@@MrRapolasYour argumentation sounds logic. In theory PEN disto would be the better choice if you reach bracket like +3 AP with it. Then its technically better then pen kharazad with +4 crystal. Difference would be very low.
So whatever you do, it does not make a huge difference to go for pen disto or pen kharazad.
No big mistake or huge win in this case whatever you do !

@MrRapolas tet distos are not better then pen kharazad... and 80b for pen distos vs 7b pen kharazad is still terrible... you could throw that extra 73b at enhancing ur other kharazads

Let's take the accessory path season fresh players will first work towards.
2x Tet Distos + 2 Jetina Crescents + 1 Capotia belt + 1 Capotia Necklace.
Assuming ap journals done with PEN BS, c7 PEN KUTUM and Vells: AP= 304/306 (492/501)
Now each further accessory upgrade will require 30b+. Players will obviously first work towards PEN Khazarad belt + PEN Necklace because those are the most ap efficient upgrades as it's +8 sheet ap and +8 hidden ap, while PEN distos is just +6 sheet ap.
2x Tet Distos + 2 Jetina Crescents + 1 Khazarad Neck + 1 Khazarad Belt
Assuming ap journals done with PEN BS, c7 PEN KUTUM and Vells, with 8 khazarad hidden ap: AP= 312/314 (520/522)
Now this is where it can get tricky.
Say we're looking towards 2x PEN distos with 2 Jetinas.
2x PEN Distos + 2x Jetina Crescents + 1x PEN Khazarad Neck+ 1x PEN Khazarad Belt
Assuming ap journals done with PEN BS, c7 PEN KUTUM and Vells, with 8 khazarad hidden ap: AP= 318/320 (529/531) -10 DR
Say we're looking towards 2x TET distos with 2 Khazarad Rings.
2x Tet Distos + 2x PEN Khazarad rings + 1x PEN Khazarad Neck + 1x PEN Khazarad Belt
Assuming ap journals done with PEN BS, c7 PEN KUTUM and Vells, with 16 khazarad hidden ap: AP= 314/316 (530/535) -8 DR
Clearly 4 pen Khazarad + 2x TET distos is the way to go.
After this we need to make the following comparison
2x PEN distos with 2 Khazarad Rings.
2x PEN Distos + 2x PEN Khazarad rings + 1x PEN Khazarad Neck+ 1x PEN Khazarad Belt
Assuming ap journals done with PEN BS, c7 PEN KUTUM and Vells, with 16 khazarad hidden ap: AP= 320/322 (539/543) -10DR
2x Khazarad Earrings with 2 Khazarad Rings.
2x PEN Khazarad Earrings + 2x PEN Khazarad rings + 1x PEN Khazarad Neck+ 1x PEN Khazarad Belt
Assuming ap journals done with PEN BS, c7 PEN KUTUM and Vells, with 24 khazarad hidden ap: AP= 312/314 (536/538)
Now PEN distos has the noticeable edge here if you're an awak class but then it all changes if we get a HEX neck.
2x Khazarad Earrings + 2x Khazarad rings + 1x HEX Khazarad Neck+ 1x PEN Khazarad Belt
Assuming ap journals done with PEN BS, c7 PEN KUTUM and Vells, with 24 khazarad hidden ap: AP= 314/316 (538/543)
At this point we're nudging closer to 2/3 ap difference but for the cost of PEN to HEX, we are -2/-3 ap but +10 dr. I think the fact you future proof yourself and gain tankiness is worth the slightly lower ap.

Plus dp from new earring cup is nice. its basically 3 hidden ap for me switching to 2 pen distos over my 7kh and tet disto. But -5 dr and stamina from new cup.
I did exacly same thing, bought 2x PEN disto. For PvE its no brainer choice. Who needs DR when you kill them faster 😂
It's pretty much all about the slots with Karazard, especially alot of people want the 60 accuracy or whatever ^^

@@MrRapolascuz tet distos make no sense anymore. Tri karazad is basically free where you barely lose total ap anyways in many situations and you get to keep dp to go to harder spots faster. Pen distos on the other hand, can make alot of sense because it gives so much more ap for value.
i'm at 352 AP bracket with 1 pen disto ... a Nov Kara has identical AP (disto: 1 sheet AP + 3 bracket AP vs 4 passive AP - 1 sheet AP).
Whoever has the first preorder gets it, even if ur order is higher. It all depends on the price the item is listed for. Did the same with a PEN Tungrad ring and upped my preorder when i was first on min list but since the item was originally listed at the cheapest the min listed order still got it first.
Does that only apply to min listed ones? Cause I remember when pen crescents were like 60b and I had a 60b PO then saw someone with a PO for 64. Afterwards someone listed one for 64 and while it was on the 15 min timer I waited last minute to PO for 64.5 and took it from them
This is inaccurate, if there is a PO on let's say 40b and an item gets listed for 40b, but someone else puts a bid at 41b nobody gets the item and it gets put back into the seller's market storage effectively cancelling the entire sale.

im sitting at 349ap atm with all nov karas and the 2 pen vahas. I made two pen kara earrings and im just going to enhance those slowly whenever i feel like it. Vahas are perfect for those who have triple blackstar and duo fg armors bc it still puts you over the 401 dp bracket (403 to be exact). I just PvE and being over the 401 is the most important, every dp over that in pve is not really needed at the current state of the game esp if you have your kabuas. Ive done Doluns 2 with that dp without a problem. I mostly built AP bc my class is super protected anyway.
WIth vahas i can now focus on getting dec weapons, dec accessories and armors. The 10 dp isnt nothing but in PvE it is if youre already over 401 it really is whatever. If theres content that requires the DP then ill swap over to Karas which were super easy to make btw (never cronned). So i do agree with you for PVE, now for pvp then yeah youll want the karas for more DP but even then its like whatever tbh but people like to exaggerate stuff or their salty bc they didnt think of using pen distos in their build lol
I was thinking,wouldn’t it be more appropriate if you keep the pen debos as a 3 set and exchange the remaining 3 to IX Karazad accessories? Won’t that be giving you extra ap? Unless my math is not mathing 😂
i feel like debos are going to crash so much that anything btw +9 karizard is going to more expansive to enhance in the far future (vendor cron standard)
Sorry to hear about your migraine bro rest well. Afaik pen kharazad is 17 ap but when you equip the new +4 ap crystal to it goes to +21 :) and you don't lose any dp
it doesnt go to 21 bcz its not sheet ap he just explained that in the video
but the crystal is not sheet ap, so its just 4ap passive. It doesnt count towards ur bracket. So disto with extra 4ap will push u a bracket in early game that gets You 7,15,21 ap extra.
But the crystal ap won't help your sheet ap where you got ap brackets (bonus hidden ap) from. Losing sheet ap will lose potential more hidden ap than the 4 you gain from crystal depending on your sheet ap level.
@@rongyiliu5248 thats what im saying. first 23 AP brackets (up to 309 AP) gives more then 4ap each bracket.. 365 gives 21 ap.

When it comes to bis sure. The main talk is for early to mid game (til 309ap) . This video for that Tuvala Timmy who thinks karazar accessories are bis when distos would be such a big help to boost
I did same as you, pen distos are bis for pve until full nov karazad. For PvP it’s up to debate but we all know where PvP is nowadays
You have To do more quests for full AP I think it is give like 10 AP

Well u saying for early game but in early game a lot of people dont have full of tri armor sets. So 2 disto means -10dp. New slots want min 410-420 dps at least. Or you got 1 shots. For end game u can buy distos until u get x khrazad earrings yes. I mean u can be 310-315 ap these days so easily. And u can grind at crescent or something else. But u cant lose dp these days.
People value the new crystal slot by other crystal than ap+4. Although I doubt people will use other crystal than ap.
So they don't know how AP brackets work. That going from 264 to 265 will not gain You 1ap it will give 22ap total.

I’m not next to pc , but i really doubt tuvala timmy wouldn’t benefit for double distos with this price. 12b tet distos for early game boost is massive, replace he’s capotias or tuvalas is insane, don’t want him to lose on such great chance

for enhance FG armor etc, from pri to tri did we need to cron stone or just raw tap? since when we using disto we lack of DP and on my case all my armor still on pri so i need to push my dp thats why i still using narc earing. Thanks mate
u enhance armors till duo without crons, then from duo to tri u start using crons and You use 190stack
Make duo armors and then save money and buy tri. Tri is totally not worth to enchant yourself unless you are turbo rng carried

Sorry can't relate to this, I'm full pen debo since release of debo rings, now only 2 Nov Kara earrings left need to DEC but I'm not planning to yet, I think I'll focus on my 2nd Obli armor, Labreska maybe. But yeah, getting bracket AP is better than hidden AP.

it's about how to funneling money. BDE has better progression than karazad because you can focus on other things 1st.

I dont really understand your point here... you basically paid 64b for 6 all ap here compared to ~20b for 2x pen karazad including the 4 hidden ap crystals... Also you lost 10 dp using the distos, which also has a value unless you only grind low/mid spots... but this wouldnt make sense at all since you valueing your high ap pretty much which wouldnt be needed on low spots either so you must set this into relation with focusing high end spots. so -10 dp is pretty big here and should be valued with 150b if you consider getting them by making fallen god armors from Tri to Tet.
summary:
stats gained:
+8 sheet ap => + in your case 2 brackets resulting in +6 hidden ap = 14 all ap
- 2x 4 ap crystals compared to karazad result into: 6 all ap benefit
-10dp(dr) can be valued with ~150b at this gear scrore range.
-64b for distos vs. 20b for pen karazad = -44b minus 150b from dp loss = -190/200b
anyone who does not get 2 brackets from the 2x pen distos compared to pen karazad will even have less benefit on this, rather just +3 all ap.

Point - Bring attention to people who are 0-309 ap on the massive value on distos cause each bracket gives more then the 4ap crystal that everyone is stuck on. I did not do a good job on explaining in this video.. :| For myself as a pve player 99% is great to have additional ap in loss of dp AND way less silver I would pay in new karazads
